@@h0tallover I am a working personnel, I took 10 days holidays and spent 6 hours each day on identifying and improving my weak areas. My mother tongue is hindi, but I have been using regular speaking english in my corporate culture. Its not like you've got to become exactly like an aussie/native english speaker, but you should ensure that you supress your own accent and try to convey things in the clearest possible manner. Your pronunciation should sound like native.
