Paul Davis "COOL NIGHT" and "65 LOVE AFFAIR" (in that order) are my favorites from him. He's so great. ❤❤
Paul Davis has some great great songs. 65 love affair, sweet life, cool night.
The wide range of music you react to is a beautiful thing.
Not heard this in a while. Brings back memories. 🎶🎵
Same here
This artist is sooooo under appreciated. I love his stuff, his vibe. Maybe it calls in very nostalgic moments in my life, but I hope you get around to 65 Love Affair and Cool Night also.. beautiful songs. ❤️😎
Mr. Paul Davis from Meridian, Mississippi!!!! Always loved his music!!!
When this song came out it was a GIANT hit.
Always enjoy your reactions! 👍
Hello Shon, I'm so glad you enjoyed listening to Paul Davis. Just as others have said, he has other really enjoyable tunes as well. So, I thought I'd suggest another to give a listen, if interested. "Paul Davis - '65 Love Affair (Solid Gold 1982 - HD)" (by the channel: BT Music Videos) --And as always, it was fun hanging out and rocking with you. I hope you have a great day. Thanks for sharing.
So glad you found this one. This song is so good
His introduction was from Ricky Nelson
..a famous singer in his own right. Check Ricky out Shon. He life was so amazing. Father and Mother was Ozzie and Harriet. They were a famous TV couple on a TV sitcom in the 50s. His daddy fought the studio to let his son Ricky Nelson sing Rock and Roll on TV. A VERY RADICAL THOUGHT BACK IN THE 50S. Ricky was killied while going on tour in his own plane. I would suggest "Poor Little Fool" to start with....try him.
The love of your life that slipped away
I always cry to this song every time, it's so beautiful....😂😢😅❤
Great reaction ! Paul was so good, I have always loved his music. He has more great songs mentioned below. RIP Paul. ❤✌
Love your reactions!! Boy, this song brings back memories of HS 😉
An artist and song that you have to hear to believe is Robert John and "Sad Eyes". It will give you chills.
My Mom had this album. Remember listening to it lots! Great memories!
The song hit the Billboard Top 100 charts in the Summer of 1977 and spent 40 Weeks on the Top 100 charts until May of 1978 setting what was then the Record for the Longest run on that chart of any song to date. We lost him way too young at the age of 60 in 2008. Just one day after his birthday.
Oh wow I thought you already did this very cool❤
Great reaction! More Paul Davis, please
I wish someone would react to Daisey Jane by America.Such a beautiful song. Love Paul Davis RIP
Outstanding reaction, Shon! I agree with you bro -- this is one of the best, most touching, sad, musically most beautiful love songs ever written. You got all of that and expressed it very well. I agree, it is lyrically powerful. Thanks.
I just wanted to say keep up the great work, Shon; I find your commentary enlightening and joyful. Keep your light shining, the world needs more Shons.

You always make me smile with Your reactions ❤ Thank You for the joy you bring to so many❤
The late 70s and early 80s had some of the most thoughtful and moving music. I need to see if you've done any reactions to music by Bread.

This and Sweet Life are my 2 favorite of his, but, they are all good.

Well it made me cry I used to have a voice-activated recorder and this song was on it and I used to be able to put it down into my bra and run out of the house because I was being abused and I went walking between 10:00 and 2:00 in the morning and this song will be playing by the time the song was done I was ready to go home what you got me crying but I still love your reactions❤ shadow
