truth is was use that much holding basketball and im still a begginer but i could palm 2 basketballs with both with my left and right hand barely and i work on my handles and balance and footwork and etc every at home only since here in the philippines is very strict to prevent covid-19 from spreading so i stay at home only and train and to be honestly this one is hard hahah needs a very long time practice but ill give this a try every time im acutally new to basketball im 25 years old started training since the pandemic start's till now and i love what im doing and look for this pandemic to end so i can enjoy hooping in a basketball court without worrying catching covid-19 #DontBeJudgeMental #NoOneisEverPerfect #WORK #BeYourOwnGoat
The problem with me is that the ball hates me cause i keep getting him stuck in the tree so when his about to land on my finger hes just like yeet and misses my finger but this video helped alot thank you keep it up!

Good question. I do it both ways. Typically if someone is right-handed, they will spin it clockwise & left-handed will rotate it counter.

Corey Classic, how do you maintain the spin? I know it’s on your video but no offense i can’t maintain the spin. I looked at other TH-camrs like kalaniball free but it wasn’t working. I practiced for about a month and I still can’t get it
