Hey Ema - thanks for the video Ive been exploring the new automation builder. Some things I love about “conditional logic” and I feel like I need to rethink my strategy due to the “mini” automations that are now best practice for the new builder. ❤

Extremely helpful. Do you assist with preliminary mapping?

@@ChristieTaylor thanks! Glad it was helpful. As part of a setup I help map out your client process to then build it all in HoneyBook.
If you only need the client process mapping done, I think some of the HoneyBook Pros offer that as a standalone service.

Thanks for the video, I contacts HB and what I didnt like was that it doesnt check WITHIN the timeframe, it checks after the time frame. So if I tell the automation to check for an invoice payment in 3 days- it checks in 3 days and not within the 3 days so then my clent wouldnt get the thank you email until after the 3 days. Can you confirm, deny or let me know about this?

My understanding and what I experienced when using this, was that if the yes condition was met - it moved forward. If it did not meet the condition by the end of the timeframe you provide, then it moves down the no path. This is what it says in HoneyBook: "When enabled, the automation will check if the condition was met within a defined timeframe. If not, it will follow the "No" path"

Why can't I see this in my honeybook? Mine still looks like the older version.. :(

They're rolling it out to their users, so hopefully you'll have the option in your account soon!

I had to message them to work on my account and change it over. She also sent me this:
      A few things to note:
Current automations applied to projects - For any automations that are already applied to projects, those automations will continue to run. Switching to the other builder, will not automatically stop these automations. You can manually remove them from the project if you wish to discontinue these
Automations connected to lead/contact forms - Any automations with auto-apply settings enabled will be removed. (Auto-apply settings are lead form/contact form settings that apply an automation once a client inquiry is submitted)
Recreating automation templates - If you had any automation templates you would need to recreate them in the new experience. Here are some suggestions to help with the rebuild:
Before you switch - I would take screenshots of any existing automation templates to help with replication as you won't have access to them once you switch builders.
