טובה, לדעתי מה שכתבת זה הדבר הנכון ביותר שאדם יכול להציע לאחר הנמצא בדכאון, חרדה, מאניה או כל סוג אחר של הוויה טורדנית, פשוט לקבל ולהיות נוכח, להכיר ולא לנסות לברוח.
