- Season 2, Episode 14: On this episode of The Franchise presented by GEHA, our playoff campaign continues. Coordinators Steve Spagnuolo and Eric Bieniemy reflect on the last time the Bills and Chiefs met. Then, we follow the legendary voice of the Chiefs, Mitch Holthus, through his pre-game routine as he prepares to call one of the most important games of his career. Finally, the Chiefs meet the Bills in an instant-classic Divisional playoff game. Down by three points with thirteen seconds (:13) left in the fourth quarter, Patrick Mahomes connected with Travis Kelce to put the Chiefs in field goal range. After Harrison Butker sent the game to overtime, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce connected for the game winning score that keep the Chiefs’ Super Bowl dreams alive.

Pat's throw to Kelce at the end of the 4th was perfect, Kelce didn't have to stop running or anything it was literally in the perfect spot and saved the game for us probably

I always knew we could do it, but I never thought It would happen in the first half of my life. I started going to Chiefs games when I was 10, I'm 25 now, and though I miss how cheap tickets were, I'm lucky to have grown up 55 minutes away from literally my favorite place on Earth.
My team in England have been quite similar. We had some glorious days when I was a kid in the 90s but have been one of the worst teams in the top division for the last 14 years no investment or ambition or drive or confidence just hanging on for dear life every game, it’s been miserable. But now we’re the richest club in sports. Were starting to invest, we’re signing new players for decent amounts of money.
If we survive and stay in the top division in the next 10 years we might actually win some silverware. 🙏🏻🤞🏻

at 22:34 you can see davis taunting the fans and disrespecting/taunting them. Every time a team disrespects kansas city karma comes around and slaps them right in their ugly little faces lol. I freaking LOVE it haha. The 49ers showboated and taunted when they were up in the final 2 minutes of the super bowl, davis taunts thinking he won with 13 seconds left, and both times we shut them down. Never disrespect the chiefs, or we will teach you a valuable lesson in humility

Heartbreaking what happened the following week... funny, in all the post-game hoopla of "Mahomes fell apart!", I didn't hear a single pundit mention the ONE WEEK BEFORE, he'd played what might have been his greatest game... oh, yeah, and managed to win... funny how 7 days goes by and people somehow forget that when they don't get the result they want...

Chiefs fan till I die. Mahomes and company hasn’t only elevated my athletics, they have helped me become a better man, father, and friend. I use their adversity to mirror my own life and I’ll tell you what… when life gets hard, confusing and feels like it’s downright stomping in your face, take a breath and ask yourself, “What would Mahomes do?”, this simple and seemingly innocuous question will help poise yourself for whatever crazy adversity is thrown at you, and even if you fail, you do it with class. Growing up a chiefs fan since the late 90s I really appreciate our teams enjoying success I wish EB/priest Holmes /Jamal Charles where able to experience this success it goes to show we were missing leadership at the QB position I especially appreciate ownership for being top notch and allowing the players and staff to be them selves this Super Bowl run is epic and may be even more iconic then the last one because of the ups and downs of the season !!! And even tho I was far away here in germany, jumping around in my living room late night it almost felt like I was a part of the fans at Arrowhead. I will remember this game forever.
