Your lesson is amazing. Your instuction is supper clear. I'v learned not only the names of the exercising equipments(dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, treadmills etc), but also the names of muscles(biceps, triceps, quads, calves etc). Also, I would ask someone to spot me when I am doing bench press next time:). Thanks you!

In Beijing, inside the 3rd ring road, just near my college, there is a gym robbing us, it takes 1580￥ RMB(220$ USD) per month! Almost 10 times more expensive!
