Regarding the "retired" sets. They were never retired (not in EU at least), only out of stock for long time. They needed to restock them as clearly there is a demand for them and they needed to do it sooner to avoid the thinking mentality they are "retired".

The Best way to clean the dust from a set or a piece is to put it in a cup of water if it's a set then you have to break it in parts that fit in a water cup and then let them dry this way the dust is cleaned faster
