Note:
If you are using Windows 10 version 1507, 1511, 1607, 1703 for these versions, you can use Dxcpl to fix Vram errors,
But if you are using Windows 10 version 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909, 2004 then you cannot use Dxcpl to fix this error, force you to use my method, if you find my method difficult, but I think my way is the best
