I have a Craftsman by Husqvarna basically the same set up but with a modified fully enclosed soft cab and it's been a life saver for me after 25 years, or shall I say back saver. I guess by now you have figured out it works best just to start in the driveway center and work it back towards each side.
Have the same machine 3 years goujng strong. Used to remove snow 6 block radius, 16 building garden apt style condominium complex here in NYC. Works great!!
Nice to see that do some work for you. For this winter fill the rear tire tubes with winter windshield washer fluid, and add wheel weights. These types of weight add very little stress to the tractors bearings because the weight is in the wheel not on the tractors frame. I have a 50lb weight on each rear wheel and winter fluid along with chains... this gives good bite into a frozen gravel driveway and also reduces slippage on moist grass in the summer when the chains are off P.S. I'm running a 44" 2 stage blower so I need the weight
Unhook the seat sensor and it will not turn off when you get off the chair, however when you use your mower blades in the summer you need to hook it back up. 😃👍🏻😝
A bucket full of log chains strapped on the back helps a bunch. I've add the washer fluid now and have wheel weights now and that seems to be the best answer. Be sure to remember if you use washer fluid to get the winter -20 degrees. I put 4 gallons in each tire. Sorry for the bump
Garden tractors are very good plow winter long as don’t have step driveway or little hill I have yet try it hopefully it works if anyone knows pls let me know thanks
Buy the weight kit for 2017.Did ok,I didn't think it would take the hill, but it pretty much did.You might get a second set of back rims with real biter tires too.Any Packer fans in your neighborhood? Looks like there might be.......
The transaxle is made of tin foil, adding weight is only going to strip the gears out quicker. I would consider buying a snow blower that’s rated for snow removal.
This tractor is highly ineffective. You go up a hill, the wheels starts spinning, and you'll break your chains. Buy a awd rider instead. It does everything.

Wheel weights and fill your tires with washer fluid. You won't slip. You can leave it in all year.
Won't the washer fluid destroy the rubber because alcohol ?
@@danishredneckviking7179would’ve loved for him to answer. Seems like a lot of people do this though. And how do you get the liquid into the valve?
Best way to plow is go down the center first working your way towards the outside of your driveway
why are you pushing the snow uphill toward the house?

Super Rasenmähertraktor
You maybe need extra counterweight backside on the tractor and get more grip in that way.. still very nice tractor !!
A locking diff with weights might help.
Its like you have never seen a snowplow work . I wish i could get that excited when i plow snow lol!!
I believe that you'd been better off with a GT series...you get more power than a YT series.

Can't beat a husqvarna with a snow plow I love mine
are you still pleased after the whole winter would you suggest buying one

Oh I forgot if I didn’t wheel weights I have harder time if I didn’t weights be better but weights to help out lot for me
snowblowers work too ya know
You need to put a weight on the rear to prevent the spinning
Tolle Aufnahme
What's that an inch or two ... ?
It don't take horsepower to plow snow. It takes weight! Buy an IH Cub Cadet and you won't have no problems
Dan Frazier or just some weights for the back of the tractor a lot cheaper
wheel weights and counter weight
AG tires and weights..
Try using Wheel weights
Need more weight
Do not ever say hokey smokes again. it's holey smokes.
Your video quality is very bad why not film in 1080p
Go a little faster.
You need to buy real lawn tractor tire chains, most cost less than $30.00 for a pair. Those look like passenger car emergency "chains".
Use a wheel horse 518-h
Indeed! Mine is boss in the snow
LOL

ragnarkisten or if you don't now with one you can get AG tires where you won't need chains
do you think you can use the plow as a dozer blade to move dirt
