    水溝沒做路也會用不久.下場雨路面就會有泥土.路面很快就壞掉了

    Is this the real speed of the machine? Can it be faster?

    • @mapmachinehd
      @mapmachinehd  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, when performing work, the paving machine cannot drive at high speed.

      That is a sensible speed

    Unsafe work practices, you have traffic flowing in both directions at the same time, get some traffic control lights and traffic controller's

    If the road base is not made smooth and compacted to a high level , the road surface will be rough and start breaking up in a very short time. They are really cutting corners here. A road surface is only as good as the foundation.

    They don't have barrels taking up half of the road for miles and not doing anything

    By chance I entered this clip, but from what I can see, all the work of those workers is in vain, it is WRONG!
    1. Before spreading that Asphaltic BITUMEN, > some Concrete Tiles must be placed on that compacted gravel, about 15-20 Cm thick (something like that), then an Asphaltic Carpet made of Bitumen is placed, otherwise it will cracks over time, because the earth is always in motion... and Bitumen is not like Concrete in order to withstand time without cracking.
    That's why those Concrete Tiles are installed under Asphalt Bitumen, so that they don't crack over time!
    2. These machines for laying Asphaltic Bitumen, maybe they are for you ..., Amazing, > in Europe they have been working with such machines for over 20-25 years, and I have not seen anywhere that Bitumen Asphalt Carpet is laid directly over that compacted gravel! :)
    Technology also has a point, you use it for nothing if you don't know how to use it correctly!
    3. That bitumen spread directly on that compacted gravel, in a maximum of 2-3 years it will crack everywhere, under the pressure of high-tonnage vehicles, not to mention that, an important role will also be played by the movement of the soil underneath Asphalt ..!

      just a clue Ms. know it all.... that is NOT asphalt bitumen they are spreading, it is simply base course crushed stone. They may place a dust control palliative over the finished stone surface, or maybe not as it depends on the jurisdiction construction specifications.

      1. That machine..., is specially created for Hot Asphaltic Bitumen, which is brought with the Trucks..., and thrown directly into the Tank of the Respective Machine which has the Role of spreading it like a "Carpet", (exactly as you can see and from the images in the clip) :)
      2. I am trying to leave this link here, so that you can see how it is paved correctly from 0, a highway, a public road, etc., I hope they ..., will let me have it as a LINK
      th-cam.com/video/juWc-DpFolY/w-d-xo.html, At minute 1:47, it is explained correctly how to pave correctly and sustainably over time! :)

      @@MsDanceFlow Ummmmm... no it is not only designed for asphalt bitumen Ms. Know it all. I know because I own them. I have been a civil paving contractor for 32 years. We use this tool for applying base course all the time. Then if asphalt paving is to be applied to the crushed stone base course, the same tool can be used for this application. The big difference is the absence of use of the heating elements in the applicator machine vs. the asphalt paving machine mode when you use the heating elements. Anyway, wish you luck with your assumptions...

      1. It can be seen from the images of the clip how Asphalting is done directly on that red gravel..., (maybe it is done for economy, etc., I don't know exactly, but from what can be seen..., the work is wrong... ., I give it a maximum of 2 years as resistance...)
      2. Not even the compacted Rock Stone of at least 10-15 cm thick, (to somehow replace the concrete) is NOT under that Bituminous Asphalt, it is only earth mixed with red sand, and then compacted, this can be seen from the images, ( no I'm inventing them now )🤣
      3. Towards the end of the clip, you can see how thin the Asphalt is placed directly on the ground, look at minute 47:44, and at 53:16, ( it can be seen very clearly ) ..
      Finally..., I also wish you the best in life and lots of luck :)

    • @westekforest1712
      @westekforest1712 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      @@MsDanceFlow ; It is not asphalt they are laying down. You can clearly see this as there is no heat in the aggregate mixture nor volatiles off gassing. It is crushed stone, but whatever... you do you. Clearly you have never been involved in civil construction and have never worked on a paving crew. I use my CAT SE60 all the time for laying down my base course crushed stone as it is much more efficient single pass tool than using belly dump with motor grader then compaction. Using the vibratory screed, I achieve good uniform material density and fines distribution within the stone matrix layer. Then a few passes with my rollers, and viola! Ready to pave with hot mix.
