It’s a very superstitious religion. There are many variants of the Quran despite caliph uthman burning other variants and source materials. David Wood and Islam Critiqued are good sources for keeping up with the latest exposes of Islam and the Quran as they are getting more critically examined.

They're a Christian seminary, not an Islamic one. Mohammad is not their prophet.

Southern Seminary is short for The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, which is a theologically conservative Protestant Christian Seminary, not an Islamic academic institution. Therefore the professors nor students would consider Muhammad to be a prophet and would agree with your objection. Furthermore this video is meant to give insight for non-Muslims on how Muslims view the Quran.

I think missions should be focused on other people groups rather than just muslims. There should be a balance of distribution of Missions around the world. We should not focus only on muslims
