The President of Finland Alexander Stubb's lecture entitled "World Order After 2022"

The President of Estonia and President of Finland will arrive at the University of Tartu for a meeting with Rector Toomas Asser. President Stubb will deliver a lecture “World Order After 2022” followed by a discussion with the audience.
