I wonder what is your strategy when you select where to get a tea? Is it price? Location? Reputation? years in service? I think you have a huge selection in London as well as accross UK and could select a theme per month or a season. Some venues I understand, other are not so much. Why hotels? Usually, I may be wrong, the high end store are much better as well as just tea rooms. Rubens for back side of Buck house? makes no sense...also could you address why would anyone from US be paying over 100 pounds for tea? Thank you

I select my afternoon teas from a website called afternoon teas.co.uk- I find a location that looks nice and I book it. There is no rhyme or reason to what I choose actually. Hotels for tea are very popular in London- not really tea parlors like in the United States. I have previously been to The Rubens at the Palace and had a lovely experience so I wanted to record a vlog - you are definitely correct there is a multitude of locations in London for tea, and I can’t wait to experience more in the coming year! Just an add on- regarding prices… all of the Christmas Afternoon teas have inflated prices- they can charge more because people will pay. Generally a higher end tea in London is about £75 a person - definitely there are less expensive options out there, and this coming year I’m hoping to discover some lovely places that offer food, service and location at a reasonable cost! 💕
The Champagne you can drink is worth the cost. London isnt cheap.
Dallas if tomatoes are out of season they don't taste good ,home grown are best but we grew eating tomatoe with miracle whip I like mayo instead of the other but I eat either way.How does Thanksgiving in UK look like I was unaware it was celebrated abroad.
Welcome back to Wanderland Cindy✨ ahhh tomatoes.. ever since I was little I was made to at least try my mom’s homegrown summer tomatoes at least once a year to see if my tastes would change- I appreciate them , and will eat them in small pieces or if marinated or warmed 😁 Since I am a duel citizen I still celebrate Thanksgiving, we had lots of turkey and familiar sides - David is still full he just said! A few restaurants will serve a kind of Thanksgiving meal. Thanks for watching and I’ll see you next Friday for episode three of my Christmas teas! 🎄✨💕

When I first looked at the thumbnail and saw "Rubens" I thought you were going to be eating Ruben sandwiches, one of my favorites! Even though the spelling is wrong. Well, a room, er, a table with a view, how fantastic! Oh, and I would have destroyed that tomato sandwich just like David did. Yummy, yummy in my tummy! 😋
