10000 mah is enough , i do food delivery and my phone stays constantly on , i try to maintain charge level between 40 and 60 percent and the 10000 mah power bank is enough.
20000 mah is overkill , buy 20000 mah if buying for two people.
In my experience the mi 10000 mah is more than enough for me with heavy power usage

I think the one point wrong,the cable which comes with the power Bank may have little bit quality issue but it charges the powerbank quickly, because it has low resistance due to shorter length
