Hi sir, purchased realme gt master edition 6gb 128(20k price) from from flipkart and received on 30 oct 21 and same day phone freezed(not able to start) and complaint raised with flipkart, firstly they denied to replace, then techician visited and approve for return and refund but now their pickup person asking us to show IMEI NO. in running condition and denied to pickup and cancelled return(its like pick person is more technically qualified then their technician). Issue raised with flipkart but no idea what is happeing..pls guide as tired with multiple calls its like they harrasing me for my money
