She was naturally gorgeous!! When I look at her and Megan Fox, it makes me sad, because they were both so naturally beautiful. The plastic surgery took away from that, in my opinion. They're both still beautiful, but their raw and unique beauty was something else! And I am not saying plastic surgery is bad, but balance and moderation is wise.

honey dew I think she does, Kim since has expressed wanting to connect with her Armenian side more and has made frequent visits and is making more efforts to connect to the culture so I do think she regrets some of her past choices to get surgery.
It starts happening as you age. Some of these procedures make you look older, and then you want to reverse natural aging so you try to go back to what you were before.
@Selena I'm aware of what the two surgeries are. The reason I asked that question is because her chin has more projection than before, which isn't the case usually after chin shaving. So it looks like she has had it shaved and an implant put it

It's funny you call her "exotic" when middle eastern and Armenians literally are in the billions... they are a huge population. Where as the European looks of blonde hair and blue eyes are a minority and not in the billions.
I find it sad that she erased, maybe unintentionally, her Armenian features. However, given that Kris’s features are very Western European perhaps Kim justifies this aspect of her changing facial features by still looking like her one surviving parent. Or maybe Kris has sent the message to her daughters to erase that association. Deep psychological stuff going on, I think.
It’s much more money than that. With the surgeons she has worked with it is in the millions as is Angelina’s and others who have had complete yet not over the top not unattractive transformations over the years.

I know I’m in the minority but I don’t find her appealing at all now. She was so pretty. Now she looks like bad AI. Obviously fake and it’s just not good imo. Most women over 40 who try to look so much younger just makes me sad for them. Some Botox looks fine but changing your face and making your skin look plasticy (I can’t think of a real word to explain) is just icky to me. But I don’t have to live it so you do you but why lie about what’s so obvious? Even this very nice lady doing the video didn’t need to say she had surgery. I always thought Kim looked prettier before. I’ve always admired a nose that points slightly downward. I’m in the minority who feels a upturn nose is not the most ideal as it can look a a bit piggy and at best childlike. I feel like the upturned nose trend happened later in the 2000s. Back in the 90s and prior, the ideal was a alquiline nose.
Kitana 89 I think the worst nose trend was the “pinched” end nose. I met a girl back then who had it done. I bet she ended up regretting that decision because it definitely went out of vogue.
i naturally have a tiny upturned nose so i think i'm just used to seeing it and find larger, dominant noses really beautiful. not sure if paris hilton ever did anything to hers but i love how both hilton sisters embrace their noses. kim was so unique and gorgeous, i've never really seen anyone look similar to her younger self. her current self however has many clones.

Her face looks the same yet different, it’s like she had A LOT of minimal adjustments plus she wears VERY heavy makeup. I actually like what she had done, because it actually looks good, now her body looks too exaggerated and it kind off throws off the work she has done to her face because she has a gorgeous face.

it's so funny how kim's always associated with plastic surgery but if there's anyone that didn't need any surgery, it's her. sad.
So can we really blame Kylie for her plastic surgery. She grew up in a family full of insecure people , where looks matter more than character. What you see as a kid growing up is most likely what you'll imitate. She saw her sisters get surgery, so she did the same. Sad but true.
I also wanted note. As older siblings, anything you do will effect your younger siblings. Even if you think you don't have much of an influence on them , you really do. ( Coming from the last child)

I know I’m in the minority but I don’t find her appealing at all now. She was so pretty. Now she looks like bad AI. Obviously fake and it’s just not good imo. Most women over 40 who try to look so much younger just makes me sad for them. Some Botox looks fine but changing your face and making your skin look plasticy (I can’t think of a real word to explain) is just icky to me. But I don’t have to live it so you do you but why lie about what’s so obvious? Even this very nice lady doing the video didn’t need to say she had surgery. You can see she has and I’m happy she’s found confidence.

Wow, I have to agree with Lorry that Kim looked her best pre-2011! She is an absolutely STUNNING woman no matter what, but I find it fascinating that tweaking one "problem" area can lead to the creation of a different unanticipated problem area down the road.
I’m curious to know if she’s ever confirmed or denied having any plastic surgery. She doesn’t look like an entirely new person, but she does look radically different. It would be silly to deny some thing that is so obvious.

I always thought Kim looked prettier before. I’ve always admired a nose that points slightly downward. I’m in the minority who feels a upturn nose is not the most ideal as it can look a a bit piggy and at best childlike. I feel like the upturned nose trend happened later in the 2000s. Back in the 90s and prior, the ideal was a alquiline nose.
Kitana 89 I think the worst nose trend was the “pinched” end nose. I met a girl back then who had it done. I bet she ended up regretting that decision because it definitely went out of vogue.
i naturally have a tiny upturned nose so i think i'm just used to seeing it and find larger, dominant noses really beautiful. not sure if paris hilton ever did anything to hers but i love how both hilton sisters embrace their noses. kim was so unique and gorgeous, i've never really seen anyone look similar to her younger self. her current self however has many clones.

Her face looks the same yet different, it’s like she had A LOT of minimal adjustments plus she wears VERY heavy makeup. I actually like what she had done, because it actually looks good, now her body looks too exaggerated and it kind off throws off the work she has done to her face because she has a gorgeous face.

I agree. A lof of people say Kim have the "most plastic" face but she actully resemble her young self different from Kyle that look like a completely different person. I think Kim surgeries was mainly to keep her face the same and fix mistakes made by previous surgeries.
Augusto I agree, and also, Kim has been pregnant multiple times and of course her face is going to change from 25 to almost 40, it’s dumb to expect a woman to not change with age, my mom looks way different after she had my sister, she tells me her face and body have never been the same after that.
She was prefect before the surgery. Now she has a bugs life body... and now all I see is this same fake body everywhere. It is NOT ATTRACTIVE.
I think all of her facial work gives her a softer look.

One rhinoplasty was done during the facial feminization surgery - her jaw was shaved too because it's a part of procedure.
