I’m on my 10th Turbo R, yes, they’re SUPER expensive and mine needs some work, BUT, they are just an amazing machine just simply awesome….until you own or drive one…people won’t get it. My 1997 Turbo R has 385 horsepower and 569 ft lbs of torque…the sensation is like a passenger plane going down the runway…the car never runs out of power.
Like I had said in the video, I really wanted a Turbo R. But when I found the Brooklands, and it was minutes away from my house, I was in awe at the condition and beauty of the car so I went for it. Perhaps, at some point, I will add a Turbo R to the fleet as well. Have you had your seat ECUs go nuts like mine did? I need to pull it out and change the battery and clean the board and hope that's all it is.
@@kenwjonesknock on wood - no sir. You really have to drive these cars…do not let them sit. They actually get better the more you drive them.
I bought a Turbo R last year and I wasn't even looking for one😂 73,000 miles. It was coming up to my birthday and I saw it on ebay😂

You’d have to look at classifieds in India. I’m not too sure how many of these were imported into India, or what the process is today to try and import one, but I am sure there’s plenty of information on the internet about it.
You have to get that paint polished. Needs a paint correction. Would really give that car a lift.
It really doesn’t. It was dusty from sitting in the garage for a bit. Paint is immaculate.
Ohh ok.. Looks like it had a tone of swirl marks and scratches. Shows up esp on black cars. Anyways, nice car... I have 3 of them. Love them@@kenwjones

hahaha. I have a 96 Brooklands lwb. A 96 Turbo R and a 1956 Bentley S1. Its in the blood..lol @@kenwjones

Cars with lower miles are the ones to stay away from - trust me, you need to keep driving them.
While generally true, this one never say for any extended amount of time. It is driven often, just not for big long trips.
