I had to laugh when u mentioned buying things when a few 🍷 deep 😂😂...I'm guilty of the same. Most of my impulse purchases r done late at night after cleaning up from dinner and the day lolol... and sometimes it doesn't even take any "liquid courage" to hit that add to 🛒 button; sometimes after a stressful day I just say screw it- treat yo'self 😜 Happy stitching! 🐈⬛🪡❤️

Hi Shannon. I use beeswax for stitching. Must be the natural stuff, cause i did use the one from the craft stores and it took the sheen off of the floss😢.(maybe i was using to too much)..Anyway, i tend to use beeswax when I have block stitching on a pattern with light colors..great example, the white dress for Fairy Moon by Mirabilia .I think it makes the stitches look uniform..I enjoy your videos. You are great company whilst I stitch.

I got the "Books are Magic" because I loved the colors and the whimsy. I am also debating the silk floss. It would be a first for me, and as much as I would like to stitch the pattern using them, it is a big purchase. 🥹 I wanted to do it as a birthday start, but my b-day is in two days and I already have all the colors in DMC. I went back today and took another look at the silks on BeStitchMe, but it's so much to pay. Gah, I can't make up my mind. Anyway, I love seeing your projects and what you're up to. Thank you for sharing. 😊

We never did anything different when our kids were little and the Christmas tree. They learned “no touch”.

Cire finishes. Try putting a baby gate around your tree to keep it safe from little hands. 😊

I use beeswax I love it. Keeps your thread from tangling. Run Your thread through a few times then run Your fingers down it
