I love hunting areas like that. Way out in the country here in North central Texas. The only problem is, we have had more liberal Californians move in and buy all the land up at hyper inflated prices. The clear EVERYTHING off the land, no natural habit and 10 fences all the way around a two million dollar home. They don't KNOW the history and could care less. I've been detecting over 40 yrs and I guess that 80% of my permissions have gone.

GPX`s for relichunting? 100% pointless overkill
100% incorrect. You should what some of our other videos. 1. Mineralized solid -where VLFs won’t work 2. depth- I have brought places to life that where “hunted out” with a GPX. I am talking about places that you couldn’t hear a bullet with a modern VLF to digging 50-100 a day plus the feature like huts and pits VLFs missed
@@GoneDigginfirst of all unless the ground has been added layers of earth . bullets are rarly that deep . GPX isent good at seperation so if the ground is trashy its useless . i find targets like a miniball size with a VLF machine 30cm++ deep, dependig of the groundconditions that day like any other machine . what im trying to say is the GPX isent made for hunting relics . its made to find deep gold in remote places .
that being said , im not gonna tell you how to hunt , as whatever works for you , is 100% correct for you . just found it strange compared to what im used to :)
