Channel 9 producer: "don't mention shuey's norm smith. don't mention brad sheppard's injury. eric mackenzie's injury. nic naitanui's injury. don't menion Darling's freak two month stretch to start the year. you can include like 50% of the run time being devoted to gaff's punch. don't mention that he was all australian. don't mention hurn being the most unsung premiership captain ever. don't mention yeo, don't mention hutchings brilliantly blanketing sidebottom. don't ment........"
Llordo mate I love your deep dives but you need to make sure you dive deep and get your facts straight. West Coast hit the front in the 3rd quarter through Yeo when the runner got in the way champ 💪
He didn't get his facts straight about how long that West Coast were in front for. They must have been leading at 3/4 Time because the only team that has won a Grand Final when trailing at 3/4 Time since Essendon did it in 1984 was Geelong in 2009.
The best part is watching FIGJAM get upset losing the grand final. Got a pity Norm Smith Medal in 2002 and deserves to be a three time loser in grand finals.
Their MCG form was good that year beating Carlton and Collingwood, but they were playing a winnable brand, that was much suited to the space of the ground, Perth stadium being the same dimensions helped them. Until the comp eventually worked out how to foil WCs gameplan. But there should of been enough data for TJ to suggest it should be a cracking GF. Bloke just has no idea lol
I still shake my head at clowns who think Jack Higgins should've been penalised for a "throw". Every time a player in possession kicks the ball, they throw the ball onto their boot. You can't penalise a player for executing a fundamental skill in Australian football and doing so in whatever manner or style they see fit.
Not sure if throw is actually in the rule book. Usually it just counts as "incorrect disposal", but in this case he did actually kick it. Not sure if it is definitive in the rule book on that one. I would call it a kick/goal.

that mark by Ryan is underrated.
West Coast hit the lead in the third quarter champs
JK kicked the first point of the game too. Missed the sitter, then Varcoe did his thing up the other end.
Genius call TJ

0:22 good one TJ 😂
Mcgovern kick wasnt dead straight, it went right and swung back late for a goal
Eagles play at the MCG once or twice a year. Collingwood play their 18 times a year plus the odd training session too.

So if you throw it in the air... run after it, and kick it before it hits the ground. Play on.

Terrible umpiring to end the 2018 grand final. watching live at 1am in USA was very disappointing.
Cry harder lol
Good call, definitely a 50 to Cripps that should of been paid
The port west coast game was a final
No it wasn't. You are getting mixed up with the Shuey goal after the siren in the 2017 EF
@@user59116 ye we did it 2 seasons in a row
