I normally don't make New Year resolutions. I am retired at the end of 12/2024 so right now I am just figuring out how I want to accomplish things in my new craft room. Loved the video and look forward to your WIP video! Have a Marshmellow and Joy ful day :)
I’ve never made resolutions. Enjoy your flosstubes. I’m glad you enjoyed the holidays and having the kids home. Marshmallow and joy. I liked the way Sian said it too. 😊
My resolutions are always to dig deeper into doing what I know is right. Examples of those things are to read the Bible more, pray more, be more organized, continue to eat a healthy keto diet and maintain my 100 pound weight loss, be useful and helpful in the church, be an ever more loving wife, mother and grandmother, keep my home clean and spend time every single day being creative. A marshmallow has no place in my keto diet but that is a super cute chart! I miss my sister Joy more than I can say. She passed Nov 25, 2022. Happy New Year, Celeste 🎊
I love your stitching. It’s so fun and enticing. Your French piece is incredible. Thank you for sharing your craft and your faith. We’ve had lots of Joy this season. My resolution is to do a better job reading my scriptures. It will add so much to my life.
It is such a pleasure to spend time with you, Celeste! Love your finishes! Thanks as always for sharing what you have been working on and your faith. I will definitely check out the books. Looking forward to your WIP parade. Happy stitching!
I really love to spend time watching your floss tubes Celeste. Besides all your beautiful cross stitches,I particularly loved your Blackbird quilt appliqué of the urn. I loved the colors and fabrics you have chosen.Wishing you a Happy New year full of the JOY of stitching..
I feel Joy when the Marshmallow is gone on my s’more as it’s not my favorite ❤️. This year is a no spend and I resolve to get through as many of the kits I’ve purchased as I can !! Hugs to a new year. Another great floss tube ❤
I hardly ever make resolutions, but in my intentions to stay in the Word and grow closer in my personal relationship with Jesus, I’ve decided to add scripture to most of my cross stitch projects somehow ❤ Marshmallow , Joy Happy New Year 🎉
The joy of the Lord is my strength and since my husband of 45 years passed away 9/15/24 that is the verse I have repeated over and over. I’m glad you have had such a wonderful holiday season. Bless you and your family. I made no resolutions this year. Maybe just to try to get through. Marshmallow
It is a joy to see marshmallow floating on my hot cocoa. I love your videos, you are such an inspiration not only for your cross stitch but also for your Faith. I am catholic too , when I can’t sleep I like to do a rosary and one of my favorite one is the one of Saint Alphonsus Maria of Liguori I bought it on iTunes. I have several audio rosary. I feel it’s nice not to feel alone when we pray Have a blessed week
My New Year’s resolutions are to exercise more and to study my scriptures with more pondering or meditating on it. Marshmallow and joy. Love your flosstube. It always makes me think.
Happy New Year. My NY resolution is to put more effort into maintaining my long distance friendships setting aside time on a Sunday afternoon for this. The Joy of friendship with a hot chocolate with marshmallow for a long catch-up is blissful. 😊☕️
I always love watching your videos! I’m glad you had a wonderful time with your family over the holidays. That’s always so important. Oh, the joy of a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallow! Happy stitching!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and crafting. Marshmallow. It’s a joy watching your videos . My New Year resolution is to learn to quit, relax and sew more.❤
Happy New Year to you Celeste!! Enjoyed your FlossTube video and all your plans for stitching! Love the frame for the Blessed Mother! All your stitching is always so Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your favorite books of your faith. Very nice! Try to stay warm and safe. Until the next time. Oh, I don’t usually make any resolutions because I don’t follow through with them. 🤩 ❤️ 🧵
My New Year’s resolution is to better myself stress free. I can have a marshmallow, I cannot have a bag of marshmallows. I can make the two quilts that are on order, I’m not pushing myself to do them in a couple of weeks each. Two it three months will bring me joy!
Love your new starts and the book reviews! Resolutions for 2025 I’m keeping simple. Ones I don’t think I’ll break, but to serve as a reminder for me that life is to short and I should 1. Exhale and 2. Move a little. Both I hope help me find balance, lower stresses and allow a bit more son light into my daily thoughts and prayers. Happy New Year to you!
Thanks for sharing...always fun seeing everyone....your doing amazing fun stuff...my New Years promise is to do more for myself and craft more....marshmallow and joy...please take care
Your finishes are so fun! My New Year’ s goal is to spend more time with visits before the Blessed Sacrament. My word of the year is relationship so that means being intentional with those I am around including my visits. The snowman would bring joy to my Christmas decorating. A very Blessed 2025 to you and your family.
Always enjoy your videos. Glad that you talk about your spiritual journey. I love books about Parde Pio, and Saint Francis. I never make New Year’s resolutions. Marshmallow, Joy
I agree with @kellyhale, I’m too old to make resolutions but my word of the year is Patience, something I need more of , oh and marshmallow in my hot chocolate. Happy New Year. ❤
Celeste, I hope you and your family have a blessed 2025. I normally don't make resolutions, but this year, I'm planning on getting healthier. I intend to do a minimum of 10,000 steps per day but aim for 12,000. It's only 13 degrees in northeastern PA today. We did not get any of the snow that came across the lower portion of the state. Mr, Marshmallow and the Joy chart have been on my radar for years. Happy New Year.
My New Year's resolutions are to get stronger physically and stitch from stash! I would love to stitch Marshmallow or Joy! Thanks for another wonderful video!❤❤❤
I always look forward to your videos and appreciate your insight concerning your faith, and of course, your stitching! I am Christian, but not Catholic, and love learning another faith perspective. The only resolutions I’ve made are to be intentional about walking daily and drinking water. I tend to grab a coffee or Diet Coke and really need to drink more water. I have a funny tidbit about marshmallow. A nurse friend said to suck on a marshmallow for a sore throat because there is something that coats the throat. I’m not sure about all of that but I would love to stitch it. 😅 Thanks for sharing, Lynette ❤
Sometimes, i dont know how to pray. I think that is what the devil wants us to believe. Loved listening to you talk about your faith. I don't make resolutions anymore because I never keep up with them. 😂 Marshmallow and Joy
So glad you survived the storms! I was concerned and I was very happy to see you had posted a flosstube! My New Year's resolution is to continue clearing out my house of things I no longer need or want. I like how you pronounced Marshmallow and I wish you and your family much Joy in the coming year.
The framed Light of Winter looks gorgeous! Perfect frame. I have the O Marie pattern from reflets de Soie that I've always wanted to start. Louisa Barney ad Anais Curveur are so gorgeous!
What wonderful stitching you have! My resolution is to make better choices. A vegetable or fruit to snack on instead of a cookie, a walk rather than veg in front of the tv. I will always find room for a marshmallow with my hot chocolate and joy in the day to sit and stitch
Happy New Year, Celete. Your finishes are all so pretty - I love how you finished your little stocking ornaments and tart tin ornaments. Your granny squares are looking amazing. Thank you for another great video. I don't usually make any new year's resolutions but this year, I'm going to try to choose one thing each month that I can do to improve my health or lift my spirit as I'm just looking to add more joy to my life.
So nice to have a chat with you Celeste. I was just thinking about you on Sat and there you were yesterday. I love marshmallow . I would like to get better at mental prayer for my new years resolution
Good job on getting four of those little stockings done and they are just so darn cute. What a perfect frame that will be for Mary. Oh how I love looking at your appliqué. Some day. Some day. May 2025 bring you and your family good health, happiness, joy and prosperity. xoxo I still have not decided on a resolution. I usually resolve to be more organized and it usually sadly fails. I think this year what I would really like would be to spend more time with friends and family. I get so much in my comfort zone of staying home and working on my projects that too much time goes by without me physically getting out and being with the folks I love. So yes, I think it will be that.
I never have New Years resolution. If I want to do something, I just do it any time of year. I have tonnes of will power and don't need a date to tell me what to do! HAHA! marshmallow brings joy - Love your work Celeste! Happy New Year!
Hi Celeste, my resolutions for coming year is to enjoy more of my life. me, my father and my 2 sisters just burried our mother, the last 3 years were full of taking care, pain, sorrows and lots of work. This year I want to enjoy more of our children, our grandchild and my first granddaughter who hopefully come in about 7 weeks. Ánd more stitching, more me-time. I'm also thinking about Louisa Barnes, last year I didn't start her because it would be frustrating to do so very little on such a large piece. The pattern from Plum Street would bring me so much joy, I really love it, the colours, the meaning, just the whole pattern. Have a nice day!
My resolution this year is to use up my crafting supplies and patterns before buying more. Enjoyed your video! Have a blessed New Year! Marshmallow, Joy
Thanks for the link of the little book on mental prayer...I had to order a copy. How blessed you are to have all your kiddos home for an extended stay...such fun. I'm amazed you got any stitching done at all. That's a lot of hungry males to feed! I don't do resolutions, but I do set goals (aka 25 in 2025 inspired by Gretchen Rubin). One of my goals is to fully finish ALL of my finished stitching projects. I got behind and probably have about 20 of them. All of your projeccts will keep you busy when the kids all go back to school!
It’s always wonderful to have the kids home. Thank you for sharing all of your beautiful pieces. Can’t wait for the WIP parade. And thanks for the chance to win joy or marshmallow. 😊 I don’t set New Year’s resolutions but my word for the year is “aware.” I want to be aware of the Lord‘s presence continually each day.
Oh, Celeste, it is such a joy watching you!! I really enjoy your videos. I had to rewind when you said you’d gone to Hutchinson. That’s where my husband’s from and some of his family still live there. We make frequent trips up there also. Right now though it looks like a huge marshmallow melted all over the land from the snow blizzard. I started Louisa Barny this year and because I did a model stitch for a designer friend, it got put aside but you are inspiring me to pick it back up. She is probably the most beautiful sampler I’ve ever seen. You have really stitched a lot on yours. I just don’t stitch that fast. But I’ll try to keep up with you. 😅
I have set some goals with deadlines, not necessarily resolutions. My body looks like a marshmallow so I should set my eating goals, just not in the right mindset right now. Happy New Year. Enjoy your time with your family.
Happy 2025! Mr. Marshmallow looks like a happy snowman. May we all find joy and have a blessed time with your family. My resolution is to go on a daily walk.
Your Louisa Barny is so pretty! No wonder you decided to stitch the whole design. Years ago, I bought online a large cut of 36 count Sprite that looked like a pretty gray/white, but in reality, was pale lavender. I had no idea what I could stitch on it and decide to coffee/tea dye it. It turned out great and I am stitching Blackbird Design's Lasting Friendship on some of it. I say the Sprite became root beer. It is a joy to see your videos and I always enjoy when people share their faith. There isn't enough of that. If was fun to see your family too. Enjoy them while they are all at home. I almost forgot to say that in lieu of a resolution I have a word for this year - intentional.
Happy and blessed and joyful new year to you and to your family! New resolutions this year, but i have a couple of goals like re-reading the Bible and do more workouts (compare to not much at all in 2024 hehe). That Marshmallow looks also very happy :) Looking forward seeing your project you share with us this year!
Thanks for sharing! I don’t make resolutions as such, but I am going to try to be more intentional in all aspects of my life. Stitch more of what I already own. Pay the compliment to the stranger I pass. Leave the comment, don’t just think about it! We all need more joy and maybe I can help spread some around.
Celeste! Fantastic Flosstube! Brings me so much joy! My chart should be here maybe even tomorrow and I’ll let you know asap!! Great stitching great inspiration wonderful family pics and loved Doug sleeping in the chair, sweet boy! Nice seeing your half a lawyer! ❤❤❤❤❤😂
Hi Celeste,. My New Year resolutions are to finish most if not all of my cross stitch wips. Dekit the ones I have lost interest in and finish up some quilting and knitting projects that have been languishing. But, foremost, I want to work on my praying. Hopefully that would bring me greater inner peace and joy.
Celeste...this was a delightful posting...thanks for sharing your joy in your cross stitch, quilting, crochet...most of all your faith...my new year goal is to share my joy with my children and family❤
Yay! I’m doing Louisa Barny too. She’s my absolute most favourite project… I’ve subbed some of the threads… it almost feels like painting watching the colours unfold ❤
I don't make resolutions because I don't tend to keep them and that's just a bummer I don't need in my life. I tend to do those kinds of things in September for some strange reason. Beautiful stitching as always! Mr Marshmallow is a cute chart. I think I even have the fabric to stitch him on. Happy New Year!
Sounds like you had a beautiful Christmas with your family. The Blessed Mother stitch will be beautiful in that frame. I can't wait to see it. Amazing amount of finishes! Thank you for sharing your faith. I just ordered the Catechism of Mental Prayer. My resolution is to cook more and make my kitchen productive. The chance for the giveaway does give me JOY and I love the MARSHMALLOW stitch. Happy New Year
I love your finish of Mr. Marshmallow. I have some Weeks Kermit fabric that would look great with that design. I also love the JardinPrive design that you are working on. It looks a lot larger than I expected. I bought some Cosmo floss to try with that, but I’m waiting to download the charts when I’m ready to start. Happy New Year! Patti
Hello Celeste, Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching, quilting, crocheting with us. My cross stitch goals is to complete some of my older 2023 wips. My spiritual goals are to be in constant communion with God and get closer to him every day. Happy New Year my friend. Marshmallow joy
My resolution is to think more before I speak. Sometimes I am quick to speak when my words are not positive or helpful, and I want to be more intentional. Marshmallow and Joy ! ❤❤❤❤❤
Happy New Year! Thank you for a lovely video. My New Year's resolution is to go through every cupboard, drawer and closet and purge. We will see how far I get 😁. Marshmallow Joy
Louisa Barney (sp?) is so beautiful! I love how you figured out how to stitch that economically! Which goes with one of my New Year’s resolutions of improving the household budget. My other resolution is organizing my crafts. They are a hot mess! I’m not sure which patterns I have anymore. If I know I have them, I can’t find them, etc. It would bring me great joy to feel better organized! Happy stitching!❤
Happy new year to you!! I can’t say marshmallow properly 😂 you have it correctly!!! Can’t wait for your WIP parade and love your great start on Louisa ❤
Hola Celeste. !
Fun to see you again. I am planning to start 12 Days Stockings and would like to know what fabric and count you are using. I love the way you have finished the first four.
I normally don't make New Year resolutions. I am retired at the end of 12/2024 so right now I am just figuring out how I want to accomplish things in my new craft room. Loved the video and look forward to your WIP video! Have a Marshmellow and Joy ful day :)

Your Mr Marshmallow is so cute! I haven’t had a chance to think of a New Year’s resolution.
I want to find contentment in what I have, not what I want. Thanks for a great flosstube and enjoy your last week of break.
I think that is a great goal!
Some day. Some day.
I l9ve to be surrounded by family also. Love the marshmallow chart and cant get it here . God bless.🌻
My resolution is to read the whole Bible in a year. I have been doing well keeping us so far! Marshmallow, joy
Celeste...this was a delightful posting...thanks for sharing your joy in your cross stitch, quilting, crochet...most of all your faith...my new year goal is to share my joy with my children and family❤
I’m also doing the Aline! I’m not very far along - it’s a beautiful stitch.
Yay! I’m doing Louisa Barny too. She’s my absolute most favourite project… I’ve subbed some of the threads… it almost feels like painting watching the colours unfold ❤
I agree about the painting.
I saw your picture on The Comfort Stitcher flosstube. She’s one of my favorites.
Happy New Year
It was such a delight to take a little while away from unpacking to spend time with you. Just delightful!
Patti

Hello Celeste,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching, quilting, crocheting with us. My cross stitch goals is to complete some of my older 2023 wips. My spiritual goals are to be in constant communion with God and get closer to him every day. Happy New Year my friend. Marshmallow joy
My word for the year is joy. My resolution is to seek, find and give joy. Marshallow is adorable. Happy New Year!
Joy. I have resolved to exercise more.
My resolution is to think more before I speak. Sometimes I am quick to speak when my words are not positive or helpful, and I want to be more intentional. Marshmallow and Joy ! ❤❤❤❤❤
I like that resolution!
That's a good one. I may have to also do that.
I finished o Marie this past year, had it framed and blessed by my priest. It's hanging on the wall in my bedroom
To loose weight. Marshmallow. Happy new year!🎉. Joy for the season.
Happy New Year! Thank you for a lovely video. My New Year's resolution is to go through every cupboard, drawer and closet and purge. We will see how far I get 😁. Marshmallow Joy
I love that resolution!
Wonderful!
Happy new year to you!! I can’t say marshmallow properly 😂 you have it correctly!!! Can’t wait for your WIP parade and love your great start on Louisa ❤
I like your way better
I don't make New Years Resolutions because at my age I can.t remember what I ate for breakfast. LOL There is joy in eating a marshmallow.
😆
Hola Celeste. !
I see a quilt in the back there!
Celeste, have you made a portfolio? I loved your project bag tutorial!
The laundry basket is joy by edita sitar.
Thank you
I hadn't seen the one you have started.
This year I didn’t decide on a resolution instead I picked a word which is kindness. That marshmallow pattern is so cute. Have joy in 2025!
Fun to see you again. I am planning to start 12 Days Stockings and would like to know what fabric and count you are using. I love the way you have finished the first four.
