3 45 You were in the nearside lane so you could have proceeded because your lane was empty except for one moving vehicle in that lane .What you said was correct for the middle and inside lane .
Hiya yes that’s correct. If you noticed we paused it at that point just to emphasise that if there were cars there, you couldn’t go 😊
