Awesome, Glad you like them mate! Generally that would get siliconed, Sometimes the extractors can be a bit flimsy. But a good grout would probably hold. If you Silicon a bit easy to wipe down for hygiene to!
It kind of depends on the situation, For this install it could only go really where I put it as the tiles are wrapping around, it would be hard to tile the other face first with matching everything up.
