- It's time to venture out into the Commonwealth and see what those pesky Raiders who inhabit the Nuka World theme park are all about!
From the veteran designer James Hewitt (Necromunda, Adeptus Titanicus, Hellboy -The Board Game) comes Fallout: Factions, a brand new PvP table-top skirmish game where crews of raiders battle it out for control of Nuka-World.

any idea for when factions will introduce the enclave and such? the numbers make more sense to me then the pictograms that mainline fallout wasteland warfare uses, and so I'm hoping to swap to this as soon as enclave comes out!
It could be a while, I think. The game hasn't launched just yet, and with the initial focus on Nuka World raiders, a proper expansion could be months away at best.
That said, there are four 'Get You By' lists to use existing Wasteland Warfare minis; Brotherhood, Super Mutants, Wasteland Raiders and Wastelanders. If you don't mind treating plasma weapons as lasers, then the Brotherhood list would work as a 'counts as' Enclave list until something more official comes along.
I liked the way you edited the video.
Im waiting for this ruleset to be released, as even as i like foww, its does requiere many componentes to be able to play. And i liked the way Factions reduce the componentes to a minimun, even the size of the gaming area reduced to 2*3 feet.
But i have a question. I think that i saw you roll 2 extra dice after an attack in which you scored huts with 2 luck dice. As i interpreted pf the quickstart rules, you only roll one extra dice no matter how many of your luck dice scored a hit.
Am I incorrect?
You roll an extra Standard Dice for each hit caused by a Luck Dice (page 11 of the Quick Start rules). It's easy to mess up since a lot of games do similar 'exploding dice' differently.

Hey, so will this game not use cards? Like the ones on Wasteland warfare? If so, thank god… I can’t stand the errata
It doesn't look like it will need cards like Wasteland Warfare, thankfully. There are some reviews of the full starter set and there's no cards included.
That background music is a pain to listen only for the first 5 min of the video though
