I'm going to go through. things as you did on your GR Corolla.
    1. Wheels - Where are the center caps? Not a huge fan of the color with the Heavy Metal but I like the design. Did you go through the process of adding a 2nd set of sensors? The car can remember 2 sets. When I bought winter wheels & tires from Tire Rack the new sensors works fine when I added them.
    2. I agree, get PPF right away.
    3. I think the OEM plate position looks best, 2 small screws in the grill won't change anything. Where yours is blocks air flow.
    4. Horn upgrade is a must! I did the Toyota Premium OEM+ horns.
    5. Love the fog light upgrade!
    6. The temp warning is just when oil temp is under 159F and to remember to take it easy until oil is warm. The engine will be fine.
    7. The wrap looks good. Except for the one curve. 🤣
    8. Phone charger is trash. USB-C is fine, I just bought a new cable.
    9. I have the same door handle lights! I do like the dark interior though.
    10. Check out a Stupid Car Tray for the passenger seat. I love mine. Keep that other stuff in the hatch and out of sight.
    11. What about an armrest? I love having mine.
    12. I got my Modern Spare too!
Good video. I always like seeing what others do. You didn't mention the iMT mod that many of us have done, I love that too.

First Off, Thanks for watching and commenting!
      1. Wheels: Ahh yes the center caps...not included with the wheels, I ordered a set that did not fit...then winter came and it went on the back burner and other projects took precedence (Priorities...). I have a weird obsession with gold wheels....ask my wife.
      2. Yep my bad...that is the shiz of living in the middle of nowhere. If I didn't have to drive 90 minutes to get it done (and wait a day of so), it would have been done.
      3. License plate: Good point on the position, I've been meaning to try it front and center....now I have motivation to do so. Thanks for that heads up!
      4. Horns...Yep
      5. Fog Lights: Easily one of my most useful upgrades with my morning country commute
      6. I just used that as an example off the cuff of how I don't trust the longevity of zippy little engines, this coming off the recent purchase of a low mileage STi that failed its leak down/compression test. The Toyota is probably sound but I like having the extra insurance.
      7. Wrap: Amateur hour...I'm much better with motorcycle graphics
      8. I actually like the charger now that it works with the otterbox....problem is that I now forget it in the car.
      9. I like the lights...would have preferred white light
      10. The car tray is cool...wouldn't work for me though. I have 5 cars (Going on 7 in two weeks). The Thule allows me to effortlessly shift all my important stuff from one car to another.
      11. I have heard so many mixed reviews on the armrest that I passed on it
      12. Agreed...Modern spare is awesome and even better that there was a place to put it as opposed to strapping it to the back seat like I had on my Model Y. LOL
      Have a great one!!

@@Springtailsolutions Yep, Subaru engines are a different beast. I actually bought the tray to replace the charger since that will be more useful. I've heard a lot more positives on the armrest than negatives. I for one absolutely love it. 😀

Great summary vid! Recently watched alot of the individual vids you made on each of these; expecting delivery of a Core in a few weeks!
    Quick Question:
Do you have a links or reccs for the loop/hardware you used for the Spare Wheel tie down?

    • @Springtailsolutions
      @Springtailsolutions  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I used an old cargo tie down from my FJ Cruiser...There is a similar cargo loop in the GR Corolla which likely can be ordered from your dealer for a few bucks. Really any loop with a 6mm hole will work. You might want to check availability of the Modern Spare, usually they are back ordered.
      Thanks for watching!!

I bought it off of eBay but I’m sure any Toyota parts dept could order it for you for roughly the same price.
