Ingredients:
Beef Qeema/Mince - 1 kg
Channa dal - 250 grams
Onion (medium size) - 1
Salt - 3/4 tbsp.
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp.
Turmeric - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon stick - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 3/4
Black pepper - 8/10
Cloves - 4
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp.
Garlic - Ginger paste - 2 tbsp.
Fresh Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Fresh Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch
Green chilli - 2 pieces
Crushed red chilli - 1 tbsp.
Gram masala - 1/2 tbsp.
Ground cumin seeds - 2 tsp.
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp.
Egg - 1
Oil to fry - as needed

Your ratio for dall and mince meat is perfect also good tips about the softness of the dall which is very important. But do you think cooking the whole thing bit more so that they get dry and after chopping we can add an egg yolk to bind the kabab ? I noticed even when I make kabab gets very fragile and don't and too much soggy. It's a suggestion only
