- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 7 ส.ค. 2024
- Goliath is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park in Valencia, California. Manufactured by Giovanola of Switzerland, the hypercoaster is located in the Goliath Plaza section of the park and opened to the public on February 11, 2000. Its sub-tropical theme is characterized by ancient ruins of the Mayan civilization. The ride is nearly identical to Titan at Six Flags Over Texas, but it lacks a 540-degree upward helix prior to the mid-course brake run and features a slightly shorter track layout.

No I haven’t !
It's been 9 years since I visited SFMM. I visited the park 5 times during the 14 days I stayed in the USA.That was brilliant and Golith became my favorite coaster!
Yeah, last fall was my first time ever. It only took me 25 years. I have my reasons…. But I am making up for lost time.
This coaster was memorable to me cause i legit blacked out for a few seconds during the helix part 😂.
Very nice.
GREAT GOLIATH ROLLER COASTER YOUR ON IT ATE SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN !!!!
This part gets me every time 2:25
Smooth as silk
Those last trim brakes are brutal
I've ridden it a number of times, and I liked it. No, it's not some monster out-of-control coaster, but it's fun...and that's what counts.
I think it’s a great way to easy into a hyper coaster and prelude to a giga. Some of us are about 20 years behind.
I love Goilath Roller Coaster POV.
Us too.
@@elevatoralarmcoasterandarc1214 Yes.
Goliath NEEDS a new painting ASAP. The same color scheme, but neon!
Thanks! I never got to ride…
Thank you very much.
I love goliath its not a top tier b&m but its a fun one
It is a Giovanola
Doesn’t have to be. We can just appreciate it for what it is.
This ride is overhated. It’s pretty fun but not as good as intamin or B&M hypers. I wonder what that helix would be like if the ride didn’t have those trim brakes
Home park. This ride gets waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much hate. Only morons say this ride sucks. When it opened it was the tallest in the world. Have some respect, haters. Know your park history.
Thanks for posting.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this coaster. Yes, it took me almost 25 years to work up the courage, confidence and determination to finally ride it but it’s fun! Sometimes fun is fun! It doesn’t always have to include grey outs, blackouts, intense g forces. And for its time it was considered the highest hyper in the world. I like only Desparado before it held that record. So leave Goliath alone!
Sanitizedinc? I rode Both Goliath, and Millennium Force Both in their Opening Season. Millennium Force Absolutely CRUSHES GOLIATH 7 Days a Week, and Twice on Sunday!! Absolutely NO Comparison!!
To @ SANITIZEDINC, Dude!! My 1st Rollercoaster experience was on the Blue Streak at Cedar Point in 1968 at age 9. At the time the structure of the Coaster was still unpainted. Since 1968, I can run Circles around you for all of the Amusement Parks I've visited. Even serving in the Marine Corps for 12yrs, we still had time for play, that meant being able to visit Amusement Parks in The United States, and around The World. I'll just say this. To call people Morons about giving their opinions about a Rollercoaster? You need to do some SERIOUS GROWING UP!!! If people think Goliath is a LAME ROLLERCOASTER, and I myself find it to be VERY LAME, Were not putting down another person. We're talking about A LAME ROLLERCOASTER For Christ Sake!! I rode Both Goliath, and Millennium Force in their Debut Seasons. And as I said, and I'll Say it Again!! Goliath IS NO MILLENNIUM FORCE!! Goliath IS WEAK!!! BTW, Although I don't like it when Ruin My Coaster(RMC) Transforms The Traditional Wooden Rollercoasters into Hybrids, Twisted Colossucks is The WEAKEST Of the Converted Wooden Rollercoasters into a Hybrid EVER!! Know Your Park History!!! TROLL!!!
Goliath is Definitely No Millennium Force. Train Style, Raw Power, Speed, Airtime, and Most of All!! NO TRIM BRAKES!!! Millennium Force is Absolutely Far More Superior!!!
Looks tall but isn’t
