Hey bro any advice, I gota son 14 y.o who plays for our country's(New Zealand) under 16 team, he is super talented and also very dedicated, 6ft+ already though he will be taller than me (I'm 6'3) he already dunks at 10ft, trains everyday, no other intrests or hobbies, his first international tournament is this January in Australia, he wants to try for a scholarship to the states or Canada or anywhere really and I was just interested if you had any advice, on what I can do to help him?
I know he is my son but objectively he has the talent and drive and an amazing passion for anything basketball.

Is it better to be an agent or a scout?
