So to briefly explain the Fairfax Connector it’s pretty much follow the Metrobus leader. Especially in the 90s and 2000s. They both bought the same bus models, and both used to have the same 2 line Livery. The difference was there’s no blue and the top line was a Golden Yellow. Which could lead to some confusion. And the confusion is still there nowadays with the Red Rears. I got to agree with the ratings. It’s kind of a Loudon Gateway. But at least there is development unlike LG.
Interesting video. From what I can see on Google Maps, that ramp basically just connects to 267, no? Would be amusing to watch those private vehicles sneak in on an "authorized vehicles only" off-ramp...
I believe the Wolf Trap shuttle service at that stop terminated at the end of the 2022 season. The last time I took it was in September of 2022. I'm still a little miffed that when they decided to move the shuttle stop, they moved it from West Falls Church to McLean, instead of East Falls Church, or hell, even Ballston. To me, it makes a heck of a lot more sense to have it at a Silver/Orange shared stop, than just an Orange OR a Silver. So if like me, you were coming from Vienna, you had to go in two more stops, then switch to a Silver, then head back out. It added a lot of time and inconvenience, especially later in the evening when trains aren't running all that often. Now I'll be coming from DC, so it doesn't matter much to me, but I still think it's dirty pool. And lord knows they should be making it easier, not harder to take transit to Wolf Trap. It's also so annoying that they redid the exterior on this already largely unused bus stop (the big, white rain shields, etc.), but they never bothered to finish that work on the Vienna station. They did the first half of the upgrade about 10 years ago and then just stopped. The north side is looking ROUGH. Heck, it's been long enough that the refurbished south side is starting to show its age. As far as the Dulles shuttle, I only ever used it once, 10 years ago last month, and it was going out of Wiehle-Reston already. Shudder. Man, Wiehle-Reston was NOT ready for prime time when it opened. Need to find...anything? Like a Metro employee, a bus connection, a way out? Good luck. I really wish West Falls Church & Vienna would get redevelopments instead of the giant parking lots. There's way too much parking and not much else near both stations.
I remember in someone's video, the advertisement at 15:10 is using a GW revolutionary mascot, which is first used in 2023. It's kinda joke as no one is really using this exit..
Visited this station July 2023 and disappointed there is still the exact same road work going on. Sad stuff they can't develop and fix things with any sort of urgency

For 28A, I think it got relocated to where the other buses are. Based on the map at 10:44, I think it’s still accurate.
