    Sorry, I know it's probably showing out of stock on most of those links, but be patient, it's out there. And when they restock, they go quickly.
    Just a quick unboxing and review video of the Astro Tools 78318 Extra-Long Flex Head Nano Socket Wrench. This is a really great addition to use with the Astro Pneumatic Impact Nano Sockets. It will work with other brands as well as long as they have the small cutout notches for the 'C' - Clip style of detent in the wrench. The wrench seems to be very sturdy and well made. I have no complaints at all. I just wish that it was more available...
    I couldn't find the link on amazon where I just bought it, but just try searching under the 78318 part number and hopefully it'll turn up again soon.
    Best of luck to you.

    I did just notice that there's another one from Duratech that just showed up, but I don't know if it's the exact same, or if it's made by someone else etc..

    Looks like the initial reviews are ok, but some are complaining that the head is sloppy. Maybe some threadlocker would help tighten that up a bit?

    Just a quick update with Astro Tools 78318. I called the company they are out of stock. They will get some more either the end of November/December and you can pre-order thru Summitt. At this time, they are also coming out with a 1/2 inch version of this ratchet. Spoke to company on 08-20-2024.

    I’ve had that 6-24 set along with the handle for a little over a year now and although I don’t use it every day there have definitely been some jobs that this combination worked perfect on. I have the icon/mountain wrenches as well as the full set of those Tone RMA wrenches also but that extra depth of the Astro has been the only thing that would fit fully over the fastener in certain situations. Definitely worth having!!

    I waited a couple months for this ratchet thought it was gonna be the best thing around used 3 times and broke trying to loosen rusty caliper bolts not the bracket that actual caliper. I figured it would be more durable but nope now I hope I can find my receipt to warranty it. Nice tool just watch the torque you put on it. Don’t have near the strength as the mountian, Carlyle, icon wrenches.

      @DantheFixitMan  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@jeremypeiffer6026 Maybe since it’s longer than those other brands of ratcheting wrenches, I guess it would be easier to overdo it on the torque. Thanks for the heads up, I will be careful when using it to not get too carried away with it.

      A benefit of lifetime warranty is we're always working on improving. We've somewhat recently changed the pin bolt style and got a +25% torque increase, so those who do manage to break it will get the latest version forever.

    I should be getting my extra long wrench for my nano sockets next week. I'm excited. Although I think the ratchet wrenched will still shine when it comes to using them on nuts with an amount of bolt going through, more of a pass thru design with a traditional ratchet wrench. But I'm very excited none the less.

    The smaller sockets may work as pass thru, but anything 17mm and above would not allow the thread to fit through. A 17mm bolt has a 10mm thread which is larger than 3/8”. That being said, I’m a big fan of these sockets. I have the 1/2” drive set as 😮well with both drive wrenches.

    Summit Racing has the Nano Ratchet. I just ordered it and the 14 pc metric Nano socket set. The ratchet was a little over $28 and the sockets were just under $36. The 19pc set was $63 and was at least a month out. For almost double the cost for 5 more sockets I decided I didn't need the 20MM-24MM sockets.

      Just an observation, Summit Racing says you have to wait a long time for it to ship out. Today is 8/20, they will NOT ship out until September 16, Also the ratchet you describe is part # 783105 THAT IS only 10.5 inches long, the one in the video part # 78318 is 18 inches long, big difference. I returned it I think 30 bucks I haven’t laid hands on the Astro but from what I can tell, they’re identical. And there is a weird connection between great StarTools who now owns SKSK used to sell the turbo sockets and now all the sudden Aries tools is selling this turbo sockets and they’re made in the USA either they bought old stock from turbo socket or SK or great star owns them as well but the ares site claims they’re based out of Kent, Washington with a photo of their team who all look American (if that’s a thing) lol but if it is a subsidiary of hangzhou great star it just seems to me they’re trying to aim at an American market that wants US made tools with the leftover sk stuff
