Zaynne, do you have any advice on what to do after a nightmare? I'm always too scared to sleep afterwards

Hmm…. I do not really… my nightmares are usually the same; stalling the tractor while pushing or having loads of trucks dumping to the point i cant keep up, and usually i’m too sleepy or confused to worry about it, so i go back to sleep immediately. Maybe try warm milk or something. Maybe i make another audio giving suggestions once i find some :)

@@ZaynneVA I really don't understand my nightmares every time I'm hunted and also caught and almost killed and can only move very slowly the last time it was Scaramouche who chased me for the first time and he had a really scary laugh I don't watch horror films or series but still they comes I wish I could just go back to sleep as easily as you but i always wake up wide awake afterwards and tremble
