I just wanted to come here and thank you for this audio. I struggle with severe insomnia due to panic attacks and depression and this is one of the few audios that help me to actually sleep. I discovered it almost a month ago and I've been listening to it almost every night. It's like magic, I sleep well every time I listen to it.
Keep up the good work and please remember to take care of yourself too.

Xiao is a character from the Game Genshin Impact, he's basically a demon slaying lower god. And most of that hour is honestly just a loop of ten minutes of breathing ambiance ^^° Thank you so much for the compliments, I hope you enjoy the rest as well :3
