London township Michigan tornado warning with a whelen 3016 system malfunction

since this video is so popular I thought I'd explain the issue
right when it was test time a line of straight line winds rolled in an ema accidentally hit the tornado button instead of the test one. no actual warning was issued despite it being windy as hell.
this sirens rotator has been broken for over 11 years and will not be fixed because it's right on the county border and as long as the sound is projecting inwards towards the county that's all they care about .the maintenance of this siren is the responsibility of London township, not monroe county ema
in the background you can hear the wanty road modulator doing 5 minutes of alert.that mod is programmed wrong so it almost never works right
