Yes, needs more lush, mature greenery. Looks rather bare. Hopefully, time will help. It's not Zannier Bai San Ho level yet lol Now that property looks stunning.

I checked out their newest photos after your comment and see they have a new category (that they were building while I was there) called Panoramic Bungalow, Sea View. For that category, I’d consider it if it was under $175/night (refundable, including breakfast). For the other room categories I’d probably pass unless it was a fantastic deal.

There were some older parts of the bungalow I stayed in that made it feel like more of a budget hotel- the bathroom was the biggest thing here. The newly built bungalows seem to have solved that problem with newer designs.
