Then I ask myself how I'm feeling and if I felt negatively before I encountered this other person who is acting or talking negatively. This helps me discover if the emotions are mine or did I absorb them.

I did this yesterday, and as I was sitting on my mat in my bedroom, this white light kept coming through my window and hitting me on and off. I didn’t realize how many emotions I was holding onto until after those five minutes ended and I opened my eyes and tears were pouring down. Thank you for making this video. I felt really energized after.
I was scrolling through guided meditations on TH-cam and I felt so drawn to this, and I'm so glad I did. never felt so at peace or calm in a long time 🧘♀️

My cat was licking my hand and giving me "love bites" to get my attention while I was listening to this meditation. I just smiled, ignored her, and she finally gave up and gently climbed on my lap to lay down until I was ready to open my eyes.
I’ve started to meditate everyday for the past 3 or 4 months, other then when the day slips by too quickly. For the first 2 or so weeks I was all wobbly and easily distracted. But now that I can let my mind and body be still, and I can say that I feel my brain working differently in so many positive ways. Thank you so much for this guided meditation! ☮️💕
Great to hear, I’m in my second week of constantly meditating every day, and I can feel the benefits too.. can’t wait for the intensity !! I became really stressed and one thing lead to another and it really took its toll in my body.. I’d forgotten how amazing mediation is, it’s a must !! 💜💜💜
@@Mel-os3ld For me, I have a history of really severe mental health. A while back, day in and day out there was no medication that was compatible with my brain. One made me like a zombie, others worked for a month and quit on me. Now that I have a compatible one, I want to make sure my mental health doesn’t get damagingly low like that again. Meditation has helped huge, with clearing classic brain fog from residual depression.

I’ve been in this funk for almost ten years now, getting severe as the years went by, I was getting nowhere, cheating with substances hoping it would give me the kick start I needed, as I wasn’t tidying my home through lack of energy.. it’s just not like me.. it all started with the relationship I was in.. I now realise there was a lot of unresolved stuff was not dealt with.. the vitamins the healthy goods wasn’t making me feel better, I was convinced I had an illness.. my heart rate has became diff constantly.. unregular at times or pounding.. I though it was heart trouble .. I’ve always know meditation is good but I thought this just wouldn’t help me I’m beyond it.. I was finding exercise so hard.. I love gym; I loved being active, it wasn’t until I listened to some 528, for an hour, then did it again the next night throughout the night.. then I felt that change, I then started to meditate sitting up during the day.. and now I’m see what I never see before when I meditated.. it’s amazing.. I do realise now how my breathing patterns were all wrong, and I can see how I ended up in this state.. I’m constantly aware of my breath.. my heart rate is calming down, my chest area is not so tense .. but it’s going to take a little while I know this.. but I’m so excited I’m on the right track.. can I ask how you’re feeling now and what were the more noticeable benefits !!... 💜😇👍
@@Mel-os3ld My mental health concern also started with a relationship, that girl was so cruel, gaslighting me all the time, and emotional/sexual abuse. Meditation these last few months has done wonders for my chronic anxiety, sure I still get anxiety but it doesn’t feel so life threatening! But honestly, I’m not doing so hot at the moment. My ADHD medication started giving me a crap ton of side effects. I think my body is starting to reject it after 9 years of working just fine. That pill feels like poison but I need it for a further education..
@@Acid_Ash I’m sorry you had to go through that... you just don’t see it coming at first and don’t realise the effects it’s having on the body, being in that state of negative emotions.. the shallow breathing.. the mental stress and tension, drumming up more negative thoughts and fears!! It’s awful.. now I’ve learned techniques, and am calmer, I can see how it got like that.. I feel like I’m starting all over.. new habits, getting to know myself, having the odd happy emotion pop up and being pleasantly surprised.. not having mad reactions to situations! Having a bit more joy in the chores.. breathing deep whilst i do, being mindful... I need to make more of an effort in the chore situation, I just can’t explain why I leave things to the last minute, letting things get on top then panic sets in.. although I’m getting better in trying to manage my time.. I’m feel like I’m distracting myself by going on the internet, I’m only looking in these sites for depression and anxiety, or if to choose music for meditation, I like to read ppl’s recovery stories, and whilst I’m doing so I’m concentrating on the breathing.. a part of me feels like I’m not doing enough, and then il say to myself, you’ve only just begun, you’re doing the meditation, which has only been for the past week, maybe Its my lack of patience.. I can still feel my heart pounding sometimes, and I get that fear, but at least I don’t go into that cycle of thought.. but really n truly I do feel like I should be off the phone and get doing some more activities but I just find it hard??? Please I’m hoping il start to feel more positive.. I know I’ve seen some changes.. im just hoping this is not another thing that doesn’t help me.. just like all the other times when I’ve felt I’ve got out of the sinking mud?? 😩👍💫
ive done this for the last 2 days and get the sudden urge to cry around the 3 minute mark but feel so comforted with your energy and my own. truly grateful for this guide and the peace it has offered me during this period of change and solitude.
This is the first time I intentionally meditated, and I have been needing an energy cleanse for a very long time, I know this now because during the meditation, I experienced uncontrollable tears from my eyes, even tho I was not sad the whole time. First it was a realization of all the pent up emotions and then accepting them and letting them leave. I feel so much better now that my mind even feels light, like it could float away and I feel at peace now. I never expected to have an experience like that in such a short amount of time. My pov has truly been changed and I thank you for posting this, it helped me so much!!! 💕💕💕
This meditation really does make me feel rejuvinated. It reminds me of my purpose for the day and how I truly want to feel. I have a huge issues with negative emotions and the emotions of others attaching themselves to me. Out of any excersise I use to control my negative spirals, this is by far the best. Sometimes I forget that there are simple things I can do or listen to help myself. Before this video I thought I was gonna die my heart rate was so fast(sarcastically). I’m a very visual person so , with my eyes closed I imagined everything you were saying. I imagined taking all the things that were bothering me in a moment , putting it in a ball and letting it fly further and further away allowing myself to only feel love and be in the present. The beam of light around me , within me , the affirmation that “I am love”. I really felt it within me and still do right now. Thank you so much❤lots of love

This was the moment I’ve been waiting for. I’ve been meditating for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Wondering if or when something will change or if I was doing it right. Something drawn me to this one. I envisioned compassionately hugged each of my emotions and waving bye to them. They waved back to me and smiled sadly as they disappeared into glowing white particles. Before they took the form of black shadows in human form (cartoony). But as I enveloped myself in that white light which gave me courage to hug them, I cried because my emotions - each and everyone one of them are actually so complex and just wanted to be felt. I let them go instead of trapping them with me because I “felt” attached to them. So ironic… because when you say youre attached to something it normally comes with certain endearing feelings. Yet the thing I am attached to are my feelings (anxiety, sadness, fear - but yet still have endearment??) which there purpose is to make me feel… so weird and yet beautiful. I feel lighter and my room seems a lot safer because there was a lot of built of negative energy due to my work and relax space being combined. Does anyone share similar experiences?
I came her cause I wanted to cleanse my body of my allergies and worked 100% . my nose isn’t stuffed at all any more and I feel sooo very very at peace with myself !

This is so relaxing and cleansing. I feel so much better after doing this guided meditation. Must try for anyone who gets too busy with their life and forgets to let the pent up stress go.
I’m going to have to thank you for this one because I’ve never felt compelled to cry during a meditation! This is probably the most in tune I’ve felt with myself and my body, I could physically feel myself vibrating at a faster rate. Many thanks and blessings 💚
It is really helping me face the feelings and affects of trauma, it also help my chi to flow better. It also help my body let go of tension, i am grateful for the videos you put out and they are indeed making (or helping) a significant change/impact for better (at least for me so thank you so much)

I just started meditating because I feel so negative and I feel like I make people negative as well. After watching this, I feel so light and happy. Calm, this video was beautiful. It's crazy what it did!

this was incredible! ive been putting off meditation for awhile now and reverted to living in my fear. i felt so much discomfort and anxiety resurface once i felt it leave my body as i grew and felt lighter. it was like all those feelings were clinging onto me because i’ve learned to grow comfortable in them. i feel so much joy now and a step closer to myself again. thank you so much for this!

I’ve been stressing a lot about family, my relationship and my upcoming act test and this made me feel better
This was the moment I’ve been waiting for. I’ve been meditating for about 2 or 3 weeks now. Wondering if or when something will change or if I was doing it right. Something drawn me to this one. When I tell u I still feel like im floating I feel so light. I even let out a tear and a huge uncontrollable smile during it. Wow. I just let go and let go of fear finally and this was very freeing. Thank you for sharing. 💕

i have never felt more peaceful, towards the end i couldn't feel my body, i felt so light and i could only feel my soul floating in the air. its hard to explain, so this was an amazing meditation

There is a lot of negativity in the town I live in, this is going to really help for positive vibes to take over.
I envisioned compassionately hugged each of my emotions and waving bye to them. They waved back to me and smiled sadly as they disappeared into glowing white particles. Before they took the form of black shadows in human form (cartoony). But as I enveloped myself in that white light which gave me courage to hug them, I cried because my emotions - each and everyone one of them are actually so complex and just wanted to be felt. I let them go instead of trapping them with me because I “felt” attached to them. So ironic… because when you say youre attached to something it normally comes with certain endearing feelings. Yet the thing I am attached to are my feelings (anxiety, sadness, fear - but yet still have endearment??) which there purpose is to make me feel… so weird and yet beautiful. I feel lighter and my room seems a lot safer because there was a lot of built of negative energy due to my work and relax space being combined. Does anyone share similar experiences?
I came her cause I wanted to cleanse my body of my allergies and worked 100% . my nose isn’t stuffed at all any more and I feel sooo very very at peace with myself !

I’m going to have to thank you for this one because I’ve never felt compelled to cry during a meditation! This is probably the most in tune I’ve felt with myself and my body, I could physically feel myself vibrating at a faster rate.
