That cheesy rock song actually fits the game perfectly because all the music in this game sounds like it's from the eighties and early nineties so to me it's perfect
What makes me happy is that first with Streets of Rage and now with TMNT: SR it is shown that these arcade classics sell when a new iteration is made in the current era of video consoles respecting the art of the original game. It is to sit and dream that a lot of arcade titles can return if they are given the right treatment as happened now with TMNT: SR, such as Final Fight or Captain Commando.
New games these days look amazing, but aren’t thT lasting or replayable. Spider man 2 was fun game play, hard fights, interesting story but haven’t played again since the credits rolled. Still play super Mario bros , it hasn’t changed besides now being on a bigger screen for me. Beat it countless times.

No, when I wrote and cut this review, our embargo said to say nothing about Casey Jones, as he wasn't revealed yet. Then they revealed him in a trailer lol.

The zoo level is probably inspired by the second episode of the 1987 TMNT cartoon series when Shredder steals a rhino and a warthog to make Bebop and Rocksteady. Unironically the stampede in the level consists of rhinos and warthogs.
