Can you say what your total time in the bath was, just for a point of reference? I know you checked at 7 hours and decided they needed a few more hours, but how many was that? Also, the acetone did not affect the Malachite?

Sorry everybody, there is a mistake at the minute 9:31, the right Amperes value is 0.02A and not 0.2A. So (8cm2 x 0.02A) + 0.02A

18 hours in total. Acetone is an apolar substance and doesn't affect malachite (hydroxide copper carbonate) which is a polar substance.
