Badass. Zelda is still great today, but it's hard to explain to people how magical that series was in the 80's & early 90's that didn't experience it.
The more things change the more they stay the same. It's crazy how Nintendo has always took something from one of their previous systems. They truly are masters in the handheld market.
I truly dislike the numbers on the front of the cases of pal games. Ruins the artwork.

@@foonigy We don't use those ratings in the UK, I think I'd know seen as I live there. The ratings in the video are USK, I believe they use them in Germany, not sure if they are used elsewhere.

And I am upset that I didn´t had the chance to get one although I´m living in Germany. It was always out of stock or sold out. I´m so sad about this because the OG Link´s Awakening is my favorite Zelda Game.

GOD... seeing those old Gameboy illustrated instruction booklets... it brings so much nostalgia that it actually brought a couple tears to my eyes. The first time I bought a Gameboy or Gameboy Color, it was Link’s Awakening and Link’s Awakening DX when the old copy was sadly lost.
I really hope they recreate the Oracle games as well.

God I love instructions manuals, developers should add them again, when I got The Witcher 3 Day one edition and saw the booklet I felt so happy.
You do understand that if you open that sealed gameboy you will go from around 400 euros to 90 euros ;____;
There's people selling it for 5500 euros. "The guy who puts the price isn't stupid. The stupid is the one who buys it". but those do sell for 400 euros.

Sod off! Video games are meant to be played, not to gather dust! If you want to collect something that will cost a lot of money in the future, try to get some sports cards or artwork.
@@paxhumana2015 video games are artworks. Those are something to collect too. Games will go up in prices. 2009 games are pretty good looking so those wont go up in price at least not yet. I don't see ps4 games to go up in prices because how they look. Even in 40 years those games will look good. 80 90 and early 2000 games on the other hand are early games that has some values and you can make money out of them. Just bought game called wild arms for PS1 for 3 euros. The loose price for it is +20 euros.

Huge Zelda fan here, my very first Zelda game was the minish cap I my brother and I got as a Christmas present for the gameboy. Ever since then we’ve been playing almost every one of them. I gotta get my hands on this game cause I haven’t played it yet. 😄🙌🏾

I got the dreamer edition and my art book has a defect! One of the pages must have folded over while they were cutting the pages so there is this chunk of paper that sticks out of one of the corners if you unfold it.
that is total loose butthole, dude. sorry. same thing happened to me before when I purchased the "Max Payne 3: Collectors Edition". the small statue/figurine that it came with was missing the gun in his hand, I called RockStar customer service and they shipped me a new proper one AND sent me a brand new Xbox 360 S (the white Star Wars Edition). that was one awesome day.

I would say that you would need at least 3 sealed copies to open one up, because then yhou would still be left with an unopened copy AND a backup unit!
When I was a child i saved up forever to get links awakening DC only to have my brother steal it and trade it for dark vilaplum pokemon card. Loved it then love it now.

I have a copy of the OG Link’s Awakening with the seal still on it (just not the top). That copy happens to be my dad’s original copy from way back then and he’s just excited for this remake as much as I am.

I remember the day when I've played through the DX version on my GameCube with the Gameboy Player...than I said to my best friend... Dude, big N should make a remake of this game, it is one of the best Zelda games ever made in my opinion. And a few weeks or months later he sent me a link with the great message inside, that they will do exactly what I wanted and now I play the game on my switch... AWESOME!!! I am soooo happy right now! Big thanks to big N! Now we can maybe dream on a bug-free Minish Cap remake for the Switch... That would be it 😍 Also a great game. Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons would be also a great remake...I think in the future we could see theese titles on the Switch, because Nintendo does often sell old games on new systems and in this case it would be good. I mean, theese games are just wonderful and they should rescue them on the new consoles as a remake for the younger generation. It would be a win win situation. We get really good games for our Switch and big N don't need to think about a new story and as a bonus they have more time to work on a new Zelda title in the background without letting us there without a Zelda title to play. WIN WIN

Great game. I remember i won the game back in the days in a Nintendo Magazine competition. I got it in the mail one day and had no clue. When i checked the magazine i saw my name as the winner. So happy that day. Great times.
