The eighth installment in Crypton Future Media's annual “Magical Mirai” franchise, this third-dimensional live concert and exhibition tour was held at INTEX Osaka in November 2020 and the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Tokyo in December 2020. Its common theme is “MATSURI (festival)”, and the cities that the tour visited each included a different seasonal nature of the theme - Osaka having a summer style and Tokyo having a winter style. The first Japanese female VOCALOID, MEIKO, also commemorated her fifteenth anniversary during the tour. Both of the main visuals for Osaka and Tokyo were illustrated by fujichoco, and the tour's official theme song is “Aisarenakute Mo Kimi Ga Iru”, composed and produced by Pinocchio-P.

I'm back here again cuz this just the best version of the song, hands down! The live band is always so invested doing the original tracks justice with their live cover arrangements. But they really went OFF on GimmiexGimmie!! The song was already one of my favourites among newer tracks featuring Vocaloids, but the Crypton band elevated the hype I feel for this song every time I come here to listen to this version! Anytime I see this stuff, I see it as a more humane pop idolism. They aren't torturing singers to live up to perfect performances and looks, they just make them out of polygons. Music and dance has always been a form of communication, and its entertaining. They seem to have the formula figured out, so were all live pop artists just the prototypes for AI pop idols?

It feels like project diva fans have to explain this a lot... Project Diva models are lesser quality than MMD models according to some people because mmd is pre-rendered and that will make it look better and Project Diva models are not pre-rendered (at least in the game, I'm unsure if they are pre-rendered in concert) but at least in the game, they aren't pre-rendered to allow for more customization.
Edit: In the concerts, they could probably improve upon the models a little bit but there are a lot of variables that I am unsure about. I do like the style of the PD models though
@@senzara As for myself, I got acquainted with the pd models before the mmd models, which made me notice that the mmd models developed rapidly and that the pd models remained the same as they are less realistic, but their dances remain more smooth
It depends on what models. Project diva FT models have great hair, not THAT detailled but with better textures already.
And to add to the debate, IDK why they absolutely want to stick with Sega's models... The concert are prerendered too after all. Maybe they have some sort of contracts but at least they could use the Future tone models. Nothing against the X ones, but the FT ones are already more detailled and more alive looking, in concerts it could look like they are really there because of their detailled lighting. Plus Miku's hair physics is not a single brick on her FT version, the physics of her X model bothers me sooo much D: It doesn't move graciously, it doesn't flow with her movements, it just... Slightly bends.
Well, I hope they'll finish their new concert models quickly and will once and for all stop using sega models for concerts (or stop using them that much). It's a bit tiring to see them EVERYWHERE
@@TakumiTheHoshidianPrince personally I don't give a flying fuck about the FT models being more detailed (which is sometimes wrong since in some modules, the X and F ones are updated while the FT ones aren't since they stayed the same for 10 years), or more realistic (why does it have to be realistic? This is an anime game?). All I care about is the model being aesthetically pleasing and I think the X ones look better. The colors are more saturated and the expressions are more expressive which looks nicer to me.
