The lipids “fats” that you bring in through lipopolysacharide typically isn’t the problem, it’s to saccharides, which are sugars. “Triglycerides” are made up of Three (tri) fats and one (glycerine) sugar molecule. In other words, for every molecule of SUGAR you eat, you need to eat three molecules of FAT to create a triglyceride, which will store as fat. That means it takes three times to fat as it does sugar to put it into storage. The KIND of lipid (fat) you consume determines the healthiness of that fat. The so called “healthy unsaturated) Seed oils (soybean, corn, crisco, vegetable oil, canola, safflower, sunflower, peanut, etc) are the worst kind of (edible) fats to consume. Not only are they extremely pro-inflammatory, but they also have triple the half-life of truly healthy saturated fats derived from pure butter, ghee, coconut, avocado, olive, hard cheeses, tallow (beef), lard (pork), & lanolin (lamb). What that means is that it takes at least three times the amount of time to metabolically “burn” these seed oil fats stored in your body. They also have a propensity to store in much more harmful areas of the body, such as around your organs rather than on your muscles. The healthiest way to make vegetable foods that are difficult to digest (brassicaceas (cabbage and broccoli), apiaceas (onions and garlics), fabacea (beans), asterscea (lettuces) easier time digest ISNT by blending or cooking, but rather by LACTO-FERMENTATION. This process allows the sensitive vitamins to remain intact, and breaks down the fibers that are difficult to digest, while amplifying the availability and quality of available nutrients. It also transforms K1 vitamins into K2 (mk4 & mk7) which are guy superstars. Ruminants perform this lacto-fermentation in their digestive systems, this is why they have multiple stomachs. They eat grasses, chew them to death, swallow them, regurgitate and rechew them, reswallow them, and ferment them in their first two stomachs (primary and secondary fermentation). One of the healthiest things you can eat is a fermented bratwurst with fermented cabbage (aka real brats and sauerkraut), just skip the beer and bun.

Outstanding interview...lot of great information
Totally agree. I suppose this appeals to those who like to dig deep instead of see things on a surface level. Excellent interview.
