Here's something I don't think Sonic is realizing. This is Zone Jail, a place with the most rotten and cruel individuals across the multiverse, which will no doubt give off TONS of negative energy for Fleetway to feed off of. Even if the collar is holding back Fleetway now, there's no guarantee it can keep doing so forever the more Sonic remains in Zone Jail. Plus, this doesn't change the fact the Chaos Emeralds are still shattering, bit by bit. Sonic can't stay in Zone Jail for long, especially if the damage is as bad as Tikal made it to be.

@@Blitz_Blazer You saw that Fleetway could still cause damage to Sonic, if his reactions to being called Yellow Devil are anything to go off of. That collar can't hold back Fleetway forever. And again, this isn't stopping the deterioration of the Emeralds as far as we know. Also, Fleetway's ability to absorb negative energy seems to be passive, so there's no guarantee the collar prevents that ability from working.

And not only is there the negative energy to cause a Fleetway problem, but what if theres a new big enemy invasion while he is in there. It be left all up to Sonic's friends. Now obviously most of them can hold their own well against the enemy. Silver, Blaze, Knuckles, Rouge, Espio, Tails Whisper and Tangle all are very capable of handling such things when done right. But what if the invasion is too much for them to handle, who is everybody going to count on to save them? And even worse what if all of Sonic's friends all eventually get robotized like how they did in the Sonic and Megaman worlds collide comic?
