To be honest I don't know about this myself I mean the thing is there's zone cops have these strange callers that somehow block heroes and villains Powers so that way it keeps them from using their powers or super forms still questioning it bad if a fleetway is strong enough to break through the caller that's the strange thing it's possible if a fleetway on form in strong enough to break through the caller it's possible but he's not willing to take that risk
