How much sugar do you add in your cocoa powder? And how often do you take it in a day to maintain your flat stomach? I use to have some at home, I ended up baking with it till it finished😅
So I try to take it twice a day but I won’t lie more recently it’s just been once when I have breakfast😭 and I don’t use sugar unless it’s the only thing I have available 🥺 cause i realized whenever I take a lot of sugar my face gets puffy so I try to use honey and sweeteners ❤️but I use honey most of the time ❤️ and just a table spoon is fine

Please what is the name of the camera and is it just for videos or i can also take pictures with it
It’s the Sonyzve-10 and yes it also takes pictures but it doesn’t come with a flash you have to get an extension
