The arrogance and lack of leadership traits, especially in government communication ethics by government representatives. Common don't brag tru information but break it down and inform the citizenry, the aim and goals of the government. Communicate processes of any policy and not enforce short-term pains but rather enforce processes to the goals. There will be accommodation for reasoning and acceptance by the masses.
