Hello, I just watched your video. I bought the zino2 plus and it is a very good drone. With the latest updates. Or find for 414 euros with a battery in the pack a drone that is in 4K 60 fps or 120 fps in Full HD. It has the same sensor as the DJI Majic Pro. not to mention all the piloting modes. I use it to work professionally and it works very well and is much cheaper at the same quality as the DJI. Because most pilots do not use half of the capabilities of a drone. Greetings

So let's get this right, this was a second hand drone which has an unknown past, you only have the sellers word as assurance that it was faulty on delivery? Also could it be that most of the fault's you've encountered are isolated to this one particular drone? Your assessment seems to overwhelmingly negative compared to the majority I've seen so I'm interested to know what other drones you think people can buy new at the same price as one of these? Currently these and the fimi x8 with 2 batteries are trending around the £360 mark on AliExpress etc.

No I have now tested 3 of these and a plus and are all equally as bad

If you only want to spend this amount look around the used market for a proper drone and not these toy crap

    • @Altair885
      @Altair885 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Haha nah I don't want to end up in the same boat buying second hand, but thanks for the suggestion 😉. TBH though I don't think you can buy anything else that has the same specs as either the fimi x8 or the zino 2 in that price range, looking at dji products you'd need to spend at least twice as much. I'm aware dji are a superior quality machines in most respects but speaking from my own perspective and I suspect many others they don't make much sense from a financial point of view given that you only normally buy such a drone for the camera footage, to the casual eye the quality of either cheaper drones footage is more than acceptable, so I think from my point of view I'd rather invest in a zino or fimi etc and just change it more often when newer models come out, besides I think I would be more worried about losing it or it getting damaged etc if I'd invested twice as much. Have you done a review on the fimi yet? I did look but couldn't see one. Thanks

You're comparing a $1,000+ drone to a around $400 drone. You can't compare the two they're in different ball fields. Yes they're about the same size but it all comes down to how much does it cost to produce. With a cheaper product the consumer understands that they're getting less quality (most of the time).

I had a Hubsan H501S for my first drone and liked it, so thought I would try the Zino once I saved up some money. I bought my Zino 2+ not long after you posted this video -- a video I didn't see until today. My experience with my 2+ so far has been pretty good, however. I've been very slow to get into it due to bad weather and because of time constraints. I got it from Banggood, who sent me a US-version, though I'm in the UK. This seemed not to be too much of a problem. Just used an adapter for the charger until I got my special-order UK charger from Hubsan. I suppose I might have been better off getting a DJI Mini 2, but I'm not disappointed with what I got. Perhaps I will have trouble with it down the road. We will see.

the first one got out of control after an update from them and it crashed.
the second I am afraid to make it fly, and there is no video feedback on my screen.
husban does nothing to maidier I have to pay me to send them back to them and then they want to invoice me for the repairs, this is how they do for the warranty.
their support is deplorable it is even for users to make help videos because hunsan are unable to make them themselves.

They do the worst soldering on the micro USB port in both the controller and the quad.
The camera lens was a shortcut and the forced updates just force people into potential bad firmware versions and possible bricks as they do glitch out during updating.
You know I repair these so I can tell you I have fixed more of this model in the early stages than both the original and pro when they were early on after release.

Well said Colski Hubsan and Fimi are way behind DJI I ordered the Fimi SE 8X 2020 it was delivered very poorly and broken and sent it back after long emails and battles with Banggood.
In away I am glad now because the quality of the build and the technology the 2 companies use is very poor after seeing various video clips and reading blogs about the Fimi and Hubsan drones I got away light because like you say in the video I am no expert all I want to do is fly my drone to take pictures and short videos in auto settings I am no expert but the main thing for me is to fly safe and be reassured the drone is going to come home safely,
So after having the DJI Mavic Mini and selling it the money was for the purchase of the Fimi X8 which I thought at the time was a better drone I had a narrow escape.
So I am now the owner of a hardly used DJI Mavic Air combo and very happy I am too, I have a much better quality built drone and packed full of technology and safety measures.

It's almost exactly the same as the Zino 2. It's been reviewed by a very well known drone YT'er (I won't supply link as it's not fair on Colski) and he clearly stated there aren't many differences. You pay your money, you take your chance. Me, I agree wholeheartedly with Colski. Say what you want about DJI, but they do make the best drones. And Autel are a very close second (in fact getting closer and closer). I had a Parrot Bebop 2 once (well, still have). I flew it side-by-side a DJI Mavic Pro and noticed how mine kept bobbing up and down and moving side-to-side. The Mavic Pro was steady as a rock. It made me buy my current drone, A DJI Mavic Air because I was so impressed. The Skydio is not a bad drone, but it's for a different customer and it's not entirely flawless. It is however a great drone.
