I will say this, the Philippines sure know how to do street markets. I would love to see more markets like those here in the U.S. I am from a smaller metro area in Iowa and even our Farmers Markets may be only 20 to 30 vendors. I used to love going to the old Flea Markets, but it seems our city has even run those out of the area.they used to have them probably once a month.
I'm right there with ya on that one, too. I hate it when people that are claiming to be "professionals" don't have the decency to not get in other people's way. I am not a fan of loud mouthed, pushy, arrogant, snobbish, condescending, completely stuck up people. They are so annoying that they don't even realize how annoying the majority of us find them to be. Nice video, thanks for taking us along.
Brian, Late, unorganized, people shoving to the front with cameras. Sounds like a typical Filipino event to me. I do just shake my head most of the time. I am always expecting a good show, but it sure has yet to impress me each time I go due to the lack of it being so unorganized. I am talking about some events I have been to that I thought would be top notch! Oh well, another day in paradise. You just gotta love it!
Hey Brain & lot lot I agree whole heartedly since I've been here January 26th I've seen this everywhere, it's called no respect, that's not the way I was brought up either. Thanks for the video. Dave in pi
howzit at the beginning of the video you was walking around greeting the workers I saw something like a green ball (veg) was that a gem squash I dont know what you call them in America but in south Africa we call them gum squash ive been looking for them for a long time please let me know if you know what it was or if you know that you can get them in the Philippines im in the uk just now but will be going back to the Philippines soon I hope thanks
Hey, from what I saw, the contestants all had long gowns on. You can see a lot more "leg", on the street. Just saying. I'm sure I missed it, but why do you call Louise, Lot Lot? I'm a fan.
........i really like the fountain but as ya said it's unkempt.......no water......... :[ ........i only watch beauty pageants because of the swimsuit competition.......the rest is just baloney......hehe......thanks fer the tour of the Mabalacat town center btw Brian & Lotlot...... :)

It's not technically illegal, but it's not "politically correct" to have a traditional beauty pageant. I cannot stand political correctness which is why I started to look for other countries where I might be more comfortable, which is how I came across this channel
Brian you have ever right to be upset about the so called paparazzi . Maybe just go home and have a drink from the bottle you got in your box the other day and call it a night.
can you imagine what a nightmare it must be to have to be a part of such a egotistical unchoreographed farce as a "beauty pagent"....can you also imagine the snobbish, uppity, smile at everything and "look how beautiful I am" attitudes of these women....OMG no thanks, but I will say most of them were gorgeous and they knew it....
Brian I can see you were a bit upset, and I can certainly understand it. If I waited for a show that was 1 1/2 hours late and then had lots of unnecessary introductions and then a$$ holes jumping in front of you to block your view, I would have been more than a little bit upset. Somebody may have gotten a lesson on manners delivered by the school of Bruce.
Welcome to the Philippines the land of want to be paparazzi. Mate only that your a polite guy you would have poked those camera guys in the eye haha. Too much hype and more modelling required, right?
Thank you sir Philly for introducing our province Mabalacat City especially our fiesta Caragan Festival..

You are RIGHT! Even Kids selling lemon aid are harassed and fined or charged fees just to raise a few dollars!
Great video, love your editing and the content

Is anything you like in the Philippines?
Just like when they burn their trash and the smoke goes into your house and they don't care. Most only look out for number one...……..themselves.
😂😂😂
God bless the Philippines, I think "beauty pageants" are now illegal in the US
Hi. Do u have idea why it's now illegal in d US?
It's not technically illegal, but it's not "politically correct" to have a traditional beauty pageant. I cannot stand political correctness which is why I started to look for other countries where I might be more comfortable, which is how I came across this channel
It wouldn't surprise me if they were.
Hello Jim. Ok tnx for d response.
In the US the real women can't compete with the transgenders.
Brian you have ever right to be upset about the so called paparazzi . Maybe just go home and have a drink from the bottle you got in your box the other day and call it a night.
The photographer needs to do his job, I think it is more the mistake of the organizers
