- I wasn't going to make any content for this 100-miler. Fortunately, my pacers Sage Canaday and Sandi Nypaver got some content for me while pacing during the High Lonesome 100.
High Lonesome is a challenging high-altitude 100-mile ultramarathon in the Buena Vista/Salida area of Colorado. #trailrunning #ultramarathon #running

What a bunch of hobby joggers...
don't worry, CIM training starts now.
Having Sage as a pacer is a really good flex.
💪
some would say a SERIOUS flex
congrats hombre
A serious runner always has a camera as part of their race day kit.
That's some serious running
Can’t believe the BAA haven’t tried to take this vlog down yet, congrats on your race
Congrats on your finish!!
Can you do a trekking pole review?
Dude! High Lonesome 100 is on my list of runs to do. Looks epic! Glad you shared this with us.
Amazing. 🎉 you know you’re a serious runner when you down two lots of pickle juice!
I'm such a great fan of Sage and Sandi!
All the classic music drops fit this video well
Sometimes I think "I should download new music tracks" then I decide not to.
Workout: 101 miles and eating and hiking 🤣 Awesome work, Gnoza! You know you’re a Serious Runner when you can qualify for Boston on the roads, then turn around and get paced by pro runners in 100mi ultras.
Not mention getting BAA'd in Boston
I also like to do races as preparation for a big goal race!
Now that's some Super Serious Running!! Great work!👏👏👏
Thanks for the spaghetti western music at the end! Love that! More please!
I was impressed with your turnaround time back to running, more impressed with your content turnaround time
Shoutout to Sage and Sandi 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I was worried about the foot blistering up so early, whatever was done to keep it at bay , really worked well. The support and aid stations really looked to be outstanding. Very well done.
Impressive result. Great job. Hope to do my own someday.
Sweet! Looks like an awesome race :) Congratulations
Wow very impressive! Looks like you were well cared for! Congrats!
Great accomplishment, perfect collage of clips, and I just bought myself a case of Awesome Sauce for the rest of my Chicago block. Love that stuff!
Wow, now that’s impressive! Congratulations 🎊🍾🎈
Awesome job!
Congrats! I had no idea pacers exist in trail running
Seriously, it is fantastic 👍
Congrats and loved the #content 🎉
Serious stuff here! Congrats to everybody involved.
Capital job, brother!🙌

Another nice video. I hope you were able to sleep and recover after the race.
Seriously great job there!! Way betterer than that stuffy Boston thing! 😝 Congrats!! Your crew did a great job too, for a couple randos you found on the street... 😂
I’m surprised Sandy didn’t bring Pacer the dog to help with the crewing
We're not sure Eva and Pacer would get along.
the first video where you look really serious
"did you put lube on your nuts?! - Me at Mile 84" 🤣
😂😂
Serious question, how did you deal with the weather, especially when it was hot?
I sat down in a stream for 10 minutes and contemplated dropping out. Then, I mostly hiked miles 35-48 without eating solid food. Once the sun started setting, I ate a crazy amount and finally got moving again.
@@TheSeriousRunner Thank you for your response. That is valuable, nothing wrong sitting in a stream to get your core temperature down. Very cool that you finished. Hard Rock level race or maybe harder..
I wonder how many of those hikers even own a Boston Marathon jacket.
fun fact -- I trained for this like a marathon.
The look on his face at the end is why I have zero desire to ever do an ultra
i was so tired....
This is not running. Hobby walker! 😂. Well done man!
"I do not fear the man that can run 100 mediocre miles. I fear the man who can run 1 mile really fast."- Bruce Lee, probably. Bro, that was some hobby jogging. Get back on the track to atone your sins.
