    Happy Birthday!!! Food looks delicious 😊 haven’t tried the pigs stomach yet. But I did try the congealed pigs blood 😊

      Thanks. I tried the pigs blood salad in Hai Phong. Doesn't suit my taste much like the duck blood salad. Cheers!

      @@keithhogg1963pig's blood steamed with parsley is quite popular in south west France where I grew up, and also blood sausage which also exists here in the UK, but the French version is superior.

    Is it common practice to eat on the floor? They look quite comfortable, I wonder why they don't have a dining table. By the way, this is not a criticism.

      No worries.. I get that you are just making an observation. Yes, many families eat on the floor despite having huge dining tables. I’ll show you a photo of their dining room next time I include their house in a video. Cheers
