I don't play valorant or know Kyedae well, but the idea that people despise other people's experiences and journey is absurd. There's a limited number of viewers and every viewer want's to become a content creator. Unless you can get a sponsor, its very unlikely you can make a good living. An alternative way to do this is to play valorant as a hobby, spending minimal time on grinding.

crouching is effective in higher elo because almost everyone is aiming at head level, it's looked down upon because if you crouch and shoot you are a siting duck and can be shot really easily. Usually you can crouch around 5-6 bullets as your sprays will go higher at that point.

hello, i went to college to learn how to develop games and for the sake of fair warning my comment is going to be slightly negative and ranty Full context, i was global elite faceit 9 in my early teens, im ascendant in valorant currently (i dont play ranked consistently, i genuinely have not struggled climbing yet, the hardest rank to climb out of however was gold) and the obvious, i went to college for game development first i need to address the gamestate, valorant is a weird game. its what id call pseudo competitive, because whilst yes it presents as a competitive game and its original concept was that of one, it has developed to bring a competitive feeling experience to a casual audience. They do this in a number of ways, but ill focus on the gunplay. From memory, only 3 weapons in valorant have no first bullet innaccuracy (FBIA), the marshal, guardian and op. Valorants vision of "precise gunplay" was conceptualized when valorants primary rifle was intented to be the guardian, not only has valorant outgrown that model, it has outgrown this idea of "precise gunplay" despite it still being pushed rather hypocritically. There is a reason the guardian feels insane and that is entirely down to the lack of FBIA. Looking at guns from the perspective of a game dev, there are so many guns that seem to be having an identity crisis. The phantom has damage falloff at very early ranges and is clearly designed for close range spray based engagements despite the lack of a fixed spray pattern and the vandal is clearly designed for longer ranged, more precise engagements. despite this, the phantom has better FBIA than the vandal, meaning it is more accurate than the purposefully designed vandal. It gets stranger, the ghost, clearly designed in image of the USP-S from CSGO, a precision based pistol somewhat infamous for instances of it refusing to hit players at all consecutively. The ghost has worse FBIA than the frenzy, a machine pistol. this is probably why dr freeze, a frenzy only player has found such success with that pistol Anyway, random recoil, insane FBIA multipliers, these are devices to nerf good players so that valorants casual audience can thrive. If for some reason you dont believe that, heres further proof. Of all the games i have reviewed, heard of or played, valorant has the lowest win% needed to uprank. I genuinely have not done the maths so do forgive me but, it is less than 50% because the average person is earning more than they lose. This number could drastically vary from person to person, it could be as low as 40% for top players but i think a fair assumption would be that for the average player it sits at about 48% winrate to uprank. Regardless, that is laughable and pathetic for a supposed competitve game, its rare you see 51%< winrate for progression in most games, having it below the threshhold of 50% is the reason it can be incredibly hard to tell skill groups apart, that and inconsistency is literally coded into the game, ironically enough it does seem that the only thing seperating high elo players from low elo players is the amount of time they have to put into valorant, a lot of high elo players are in their teens. The clips shown in this video were just different scenarios, the ones showing her in higher elo simply showed her having to think, when i started valorant i had to climb up from low silver elo and i can guarantee you how she played was not remotely reminiscent of silver lobbies, or even gold lobbies, id put her in low plat in those early videos purely because of how good her aim was even then. The reality is the improvements she might have made will be very menial to no fault of her own, its just that valorant does not leave much room at all for improvement or development. For gods sake they even nerfed bhopping which is a movement tech in valorants engine, it allows you to build up speed over the feasible limit by strafing in air, but valorant has a hard limiter on this speed so its simply as fast as walking. Valorant has done the most to put the skill ceiling on the floor and nerf good players so that for most, even the average player, there is no improving. if you have good positioning, if you play well with your util, if you have good aim, the improvement you can make is menial sadly.
